I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pie and it was so yummy! This was my first time ordering from Daddy Greens and I’ll definitely order from here again.

There is no secret I love Daddy Greens! I order from here all the time & probably recommend them even more. I posted pictures of the pizza and left a great tip! So today of all days I call in to make an order for delivery & now all of a sudden they don’t deliver to my address?! I must of had delivery 5 times to my address now it’s an problem?! I’m totally pissed. I wonder if this has anything to do with the last delivery I had. I waited an hr for my pizza &I when it finally came half of the pizza was ruined due to the way the delivery female was driving or holding the pizza(pics included) I called in calmly explained what happened & sent them pics of the ruined pizza upon request. They delivered me another pizza as a solution. To me everything was handled smoothly. Until now

If you are looking for pizza that is very different, this the place. Fresh ingredients makes you want to order every slice displayed. I enjoyed every bite of the bacon/spinach slice. I will be back.

Ordered delivery since my family and I were too lazy to leave — and delivery is free! We ordered a large margherita pie w/sausage, baked ziti, and garlic knots! We called in and the lady said it was going to take around 45 minutes, and it definitely did, so don’t expect to get it any sooner! Margherita Pie w/sausage: Yum! I really enjoyed it — the sesame crust threw me off for a little, but after a couple more bites, it really worked for me. The crust is pretty thin and with all the sauce, big pieces of cheese, and sausage, it was a little hard to eat, but still good! Baked Ziti: Super cheesy, which my sister really enjoyed. For me, after a couple of bites, I was pretty much sick of it — it was way too heavy for me. It was cooked well though, wasn’t overcooked and mushy. Garlic Knots: Probably the biggest disappointment of them all. The knots weren’t even garlicy! It was good bread, but it was just good bread with oil all over them, didn’t taste the garlic at all! Overall, great delivery service and some good pizza! Will pass on the knots next time, and try their other pies!

Great experience from beginning to end! Had one slice of super Mario pizza and one of the vegan veggie and both were delicious! Tons of toppings(not like some other skimpy NY pizza places) and great flavors. Staff were really nice and helpful as even remembered me when I came back for an iced coffee(which was also great) later that day. Perfect place to stop at if you’re in the neighborhood!

Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in NY. Their Margherita pizza is amazing and that sesame crust! I have never been disappointed(I’ve only ever gotten delivery), always arrives hot even if it takes them awhile-but only because they’re so busy! I’ve gotten salads from them a few times and they’ve always been good, but their pizza is where it’s at!!!

We ordered delivery. The delivery guy was super awesome! Very friendly and did a good job of making sure we got our full order. The garlic knots were very bland and distinctly ungarlicy. These were just kinda dry bread. The ziti was just kinda gross. I’ll be honest though. While I have had garlic knots from all over the US, I don’t know much about baked ziti. Maybe it’s really good for ziti, maybe it’s not. I just know this stuff was pretty gross. The pizza was pretty good. Quite saucy with big medallions of mozzarella. We ordered with sausage added to it, which was a mistake. The sausage was gristly and definitely did a disservice to the pizza. There are also sesame seeds rolled into the crust, which was definitely off-putting and may not be everyone’s cup of tea. I would suggest that if you are hankering for ‘za, just go with the Margarita pizza and skip the accessories.

Great. The neighborhood needs more establishments like this. Friendly staff makes it all the better. I can see the owner doing all he can to make this place successful.

A happy pizza maker great space and best of all AMAZINGPIZZAPIES. That sesame crust is my favourite part. Adding that nutty flavour to your mouth. FRESH basil and olive oil tops it all to enhance your pizza flavour. Dough is stretched and pie made and baked to order. Brooklyn’s finest is right here.

Um yea, this place rocks in every potential way. Pizza is made fresh and the vibe cannot be beat. Had the spinach-mushroom white sauce pizza: mushrooms were the perfect consistency, spinach was a little crispy but juicy, and the sauce was a plentiful. Sesame seed crust is a super unique thing, didn’t think I would be into it, but I totally was. Check it. Also had a garden salad which was huge and extremely fresh, including mesculin, spinach, carrots, olives, and a creamy balsamic dressing. Food is served on paper plates, but it doesn’t matter to me at all, ’cause the food is slammin. The staff are super sweet and help you decide if you can’t, and they are always checking in to see how you liked the food. All that, AND it’s affordable. How can you not know about this spot? Come through, support, and tell a friend.

I love this pizza spot. The pizza is just delicious. I stumbled across this place because my nail salon is literally next door. I always get a pepperoni slice to go. The crust is my favorite part. The slices are always fresh tasting. Definitely a great place for pizza. I’ll be trying there pasta soon So I tried their vodka Sicilian slice & it was finger licking good. I got a side of Mac & cheese just to be greedy The kale salad is just awesome and sooo fresh. Love the grandma slice too. Shoutout to my favorite guy Allen. He is awesome.

Really good pizza. I had a plain slice and it was great. Thin crust, sauce packed with flavor and lots of cheese. Not doughy and oily like lots of other NY pizza spots. I also had the mocha café donut which was the size of my head lol. It was fresh and fluffy, worth the $ 3.

Eek… I heard great things about this place, but the pizza did not proverbially deliver. Although Daddy Greens is known for it’s sesame crust pizza, we opted for the grandma pie — since that’s usually our preference. Rocco’s Pizza grandma pie on DeKalb has been our go-to pizza delivery spot in Bed-Stuy and their pies are *surprisingly* tasty. But we are always looking for something better — after all this is NYC and new spots are continually opening in Bed-Stuy. When the Daddy Greens grandma pie arrived, I knew it was going to be meh once I opened the box. Why? The grandma pie didn’t have fresh basil. Instead, it was sprinkled with dry seasoning… But it got worse with the first bite. It was just blasé, what else can I say? The worst part was the cheese/sauce ratio. There was WAY too much cheese and it tasted like bland shredded mozzarella just piled on the pie. The sauce had very little zest or zing. Now, this is not BAD pizza. But then again, you won’t find me reviewing Domino’s or Papa John’s because they are not worth my time. But this was also not GOOD pizza…

I walk past this place once or twice a day, but never stopped in until last weekend. Pizza is surprisingly good. I’ve had some bad by the slice and I guess I wasn’t expecting much by the Utica stop, but I was so wrong. They had a lot to choose from and portions were GENEROUS. Service was super quick and everyone who worked there was pretty laid back.

This place is a special pizza place, not just your run of the mill plain slice place. They have sesame seed crust which is a really good way to make everyone’s least favorite part of the pizza more interesting. All the slices me and a friend tried were really good and they have a really nice atmosphere and very attentive/friendly staff. Will be going back here for sure!

Um… I ate here everyday for like 2 weeks when I visited NYC. The people here are so friendly and laid back. The pizza is one of the best in NYC all there food is really fresh. The salads are all so good(kale Caesar/beat salad) my personally favorites. They have coffee to which is suprise fly reallllly good; which is a plus because the atmosphere in here is very«café» style. Brick walls and warm lighting. This place is A true gem and I am A customer for life!(Atmosphere check! Amazing Food check! Freshness check! Customer service check!) A+

I really enjoy their pizza, correction my whole family really enjoys their pizza! It was a staple for us for a while lol. We all really enjoy the added sesame seeds on the crust, a nice touch! The service is always awesome, everyone chats you up while you are waiting, answers any questions you may have about anything on the menu even on the phone super polite. I never feel like I’m a rushed making an order over the phone(which they certainly prefer to an online order). The only downfall about not being rushed over the food is sometimes the lines are so backed up you may have to call a few times to order. We’ve recently started branching out and trying other things on the menu. Penne ala vodka was good the kale Caesar salad with anchovies was not. Very very salty anchovies! They should definitely be chopped and tossed with the salad to distribute some of the salt.

Excellent, excellent pizza. I can’t say enough about it. We had several different kinds of slices and they were all delicious. Mmm… We also ordered mac-n-cheese…I took one bite(MADGOOEYANDGOOD!) and had to pack it ‘to go’. My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach ’cause that shit is sitting in a brown bag in my fridge! I’m gonna make a mac-n-cheese omelette for breakfast! The service was great. The dude treated us as if we were at his house for a family dinner. I loved it! Be back soon!
