I just went to this Dunkin Donuts and the service was horrible, bought two donuts one was fresh and the other was really hard when i told the young lady about it she told me the fan made it hard, i politely asked for another one her response was and i quote“Lady you broke it” and turn her back on me. No kind of respect, what kind of customer service is that? I paid my money and never got to eat the donut, i just threw it away and left because i m a very humble person. The staff needs some customer service and teach them how to smile.

Stands out from the trendy independent shops on 7th avenue an example of how a corporate America destroys the culture of the neighborhood. At others café you see people hanging out and sipping coffee but not here, and that because it’s not allowed.

As you can tell by my pictures, the coffee was not at it’s best. It had a bunch of coffee grinds and to me that is gross. I guess they can’t make a fresh pot of coffee.

I like the sitting space in the back. Pretty good for studying. sometimes. Other than that, it’s the same old dunkin as any other place.

Employees needs to learn to listen to your order. I asked for light butter no toasting. I get toasted and cream cheese. Assholes.

As far as the coffee and donuts go, it’s just like any other DD in the city. Five stars because of the lovely ladies who while a bit English limited make up for it through superb service and attentiveness. They make the swiftly and accurately and with a smile. I don’t always get my coffee from DD but when I do it’s a pleasant experience.

I had my first Dunkin Donuts coffee here. Their donuts may not be the best, but they’re certainly better than those at the Dunkin Donuts on 5th Avenue.

Typical DD. Not the friendliest service, but not the worst. I like that there’s spacious seating in the back and a public restroom.

Returned to my neighborhood Dunkin’ Donuts for lunch today armed with a $ 1.99 coupon and my friend’s recommendation to try the tuna on a bagel offer. I was skeptical based on my prior disappointment with their chicken salad on a bagel, but was pleasantly surprised this time. This was dark tuna with mayo on a toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel. Your choice of bagel. It was tasty and just enough for lunch. At the regular price of $ 3.49, still decent quality but a less attractive value. Am promoting my friend to food critic for an accurate evaluation. This store remains as immaculate and friendly as on my prior visit.

Another 24⁄7 Dunkin Donuts. I walk by two in the morning, the one on 5th avenue and this one. The crowd at the 7th ave Dunkin consists of medical staff on their way to work whereas the 5th avenue Dunkin can have hungover patrons and miscreants at times. This one is brand new since December 2011. I hope they remain clean, nice, and friendly.
