Dunkin’ Donuts

Worst ever. They didn’t even have the first two main menu items I asked for. I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich, had to get it on a bagel because they didn’t have the bread. Oh, and no bacon on the sandwich and the chicken was still cold. Just… terrible.

It’s a combination Dunkin’ Donuts/​Baskin-​Robbins. My review is on the Baskin Robbins. I ordered a banana sundae but they had no bananas. I then decided to do a create your own sundae & they had no cherries. Maybe I got charged for a kid’s ice cream since they didn’t have this stuff or maybe the guy felt bad for me & my disappointment in such things but that made me feel better. Also, glad they had marshmallow crème as a topping along with chocolate ice cream & whipped cream so no complaints from me. Just get fruit here more often so we’re not sitting here Friday night with nothing.
I also saw some chocolate ice cream with marshmallows in it that had no label. Worried it might be rocky road (I don’t like nuts), I didn’t order it or ask about it.

This is our favorite DD! Everyone is always really nice and the donuts and coffee are always fresh. We are from California and have visited twice. Our first visit we took our kids in to experience a DD. We took a family «selfie» picture out front and when we looked at the picture the Manager had photo bombed us. We all laughed and have laughed about that for the past 5 years. My husband and I went back to visit and the same Managed was still there. Still had a huge smile and was still just as friendly as before. We told him about our last visit and had him photo bomb us to send to the kids… they all laughed. It was one of our greatest memories. Thank you — thank you! See you again in another 5 years! =)

More than accommodating of a big order for 20+ people, going beyond expectations insofar as free and plentiful simple syrup, box o joe iced coffees (as opposed to hot when they’re not supposed to mix it up), even an employee carrying ice and drinks to our van. Overall fast, accommodating, nice folks.

I wanted something sweet and was meaning to try out these donuts. Perhaps 9pm was a bad time to try it. I ordered the special. oreo crumble, but they were out. So I got the chocolate iced filled and the iced strawberry donut. They were very dry. Perhaps because they weren’t fresh? Or maybe because they are suppose to be like that? I will try and find the Oreo crumble uptown. I would not recommend getting a donut here at this location at night.

I think reviewing places like these are like reviewing McDonalds or Starbucks. It’s going to be something flagrantly bad or extremely out of place wonderful to make them stand out.

All the high school kids that work here are total butt holes. They never get my order right and then they openly complain to each other when I ask them to fix it. I have never had a pleasant experience here and I now avoid this location like it’s a crazy ex-​boyfriend.

Avoid it if you can. They are poorly stocked and have bad customer service. The guy behind the counter looked like he was ready to kill himself if someone ordered something that wasn’t a 3 second task, and almost threw a fit when I asked for an extra large coffee. He was very difficult to hear, mumbling half of his sentences, and that was from a two feet distance.
When I tried to order a sandwich he mumbled that they were out of croissants and then expected me to try and guess which sandwiches they actually had bread for. I asked him what they actually DID have and his reply was «bagel only», he didn’t even pretend to check or really think about it, just popped the easiest answer out first. The entire time his face was really annoyed looking and the only time I saw him smile was when he was fixing a coolatta for my girlfriend and he yelled to his friend in the back in a foreign language something and laughed.
The food was average/​slightly stale for a dunkin donuts, definitely nothing worth putting up with their customer service unless you need a quick fix. If you do, I wish you the best of luck.

The coffee is crap, but you can’t go wrong with donuts and milk.
