Gotta love a 24hr starbucks !! Only problem is that it’s only a drive-thru, so if you stop by during rush hour be prepared to wait in a line of almost 20 cars deep. Still great cup of Coffee as usual and friendly staff, the one problem is there’s usually a crack head hanging out waiting to ask for change as you drive off«he lost his wallet and needs to call home«as usual! Pros– open 24hrs and you can pull up in your car Con– long lines at times and people asking for change

First time ever at a Starbucks drive-thru(who knew they existed?)! I came here with my boyfriend after shopping for groceries at Stop & Shop on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t too bad. The service and wait time was decent, by the time you reach the drive-thru window, your drinks are ready to be yours. I like that when you approach the speaker, you can actually hear a true human voice and not something robotic. Here’s a few Pro’s & Con’s about this drive-thru I’ve realized: Pro’s — You won’t have to worry about someone skipping in line cause only cars can go on through the ramp not people. –If you’re not the type of person that likes face to face interaction or minimal face to face interaction, this is for you — You won’t need to walk into the Starbucks and have that coffee smell on you — Conveniently located near the Belt Parkway Con’s — You can’t add your own milk or sugar in the sugar unless you ask for it on the side. — The morning rush hour will be load of fun — Not your typical Starbucks, no place for you to sit and chat or do you work

I used to come here a lot when it first opened and they were always quick and good. I came here a couple of times at night and they say they are out of everything because they are too lazy too make drinks other than hot coffee or hot tea. I remember asking for an iced coffee and they wouldn’t make it! Really?!

Overall very convienent and easy location to get to, however inventory is limited in terms of pastries especially. Sometimes the wait is also long but i dont mind because i am sitting in my car. Most employees are very nice and service is usually pretty good except for one employee which is extremely rude his name is jezurus. When i came during christmas after i got my order i asked if theyre closing early and what time because i didnt see the sign and he rudely told me the sign clearly says it and never ended up answering my question. That was just one instance but hes usually rude everytime it seems as if hes always in a bad mood, i sometimes even try to tell him to have a nice day or thank you and that doesnt help either he just ignores me. Not taking anything away from the other employees because everyone else is super nice.

Been coming to this Starbucks for over 3 years. My friends and I always come there for a quick Starbucks and chill. The only reason I’m not giving them a 5 star is because sometimes they don’t have everything on the menu and because even though the staff changes sometimes the new staff can be rude and nasty. Like one time I there and one of the new workers accused me of stealing something from the window. How are you gonna say I stole something at a drive thru. Anyways she didn’t want to give me my order until the manager came and gave me my order. Besides for that time I really enjoy coming here and most of the staff are welcoming one way or another.

If I had the chance to give this location 0 stars or negative stars, I would totally do it. First of all to enter this drive thru it is a frickin zoo. Cars are cutting each other off, the line moves at the rate of a snail, and I swear I spotted 3 potholes that can easily pop someone’s tire. Anyway the menu here sucks, it is extremely limited in terms of food and fancy drinks that a Starbucks lover such as myself would want for this time of the year. When we placed our order for some breakfast sandwiches, the employee was totally rushing us and was not friendly at all, doesn’t anyone say please and thank you anymore?!. Since he rushed our order, it looks like he must of walked away or cut us off because one sandwich we remembered ordering was not on the ticket at all, and the other grilled cheese sandwich was out of stock, why the hell didn’t they tell me this so I could of ordered something else instead?! and why couldn’t the employee wait for us to finish speaking. So I left the drive thru starved with a blank stare when we asked why this happened, no apology and no effort to get down to the bottom of it. My double espresso shot tasted burnt and nasty anyway. I tried to reach a manager when I personally walked over back to the window to file a complaint, but the only offer I got was if I wanted a croissant, are you f***ing kidding me?! I am NEVER coming back to this location again, the staff are careless and incompetent.

Any time I am there, out of everything. Service is very, very slow. As you enter drive through, you realise you have to stay there till the end. There is no way to leave the line if it moves to slow. Last time 6 cars infront of me, 30 mins in wait time to get my cup of coffee and no breakfast, since they were out of stock on 3 different items that I wanted, late for work and irritated. Thanks sturbuks for letting me down, again.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Coffee always sucks, staff 90 percent of the time are rude. I live literally down the road, sorry but I’d rather drive instead of going in.

This Starbucks is conveniently located but for a drive thru there’s ALWAYS a long line. The lot that it’s located in also has quite a bit of pothole and other road hazards your have to steer around. The service is good and the staff is friendly. However, they often run out of baked products. This area definitely could use another Starbucks!

This drive through needs more employees or at least faster ones. I have never passed this place or actually come here without seeing 6 – 10 cars waiting. I have been to a few Starbucks drive throughs and they move very quickly but somehow this one is deadly slow. They also get distracted and mess up the orders, because of this place I now go to every Starbucks and double check they actually use soy milk because twice this place has screwed up and put regular milk. This place is 24 hrs which would be awesome if everything performed in a timely manner. I have truthfully given up after spending many years trying to give this place many chances. Also note there is no walk ins– this is drive through only.

This is a drive thru only Starbucks location, which is pretty neat but it’s also nice to have the option of being able to get inside the store. The drive thru was crazy long. The employee were alright. They made my coffee wrong and weren’t too thrilled to remake it. I also ordered a hearty oatmeal. I had to ask for stirrers and sugar packets and napkins. The exit as soon as you drive to exit is a terrible drop I thought my car was going to break into pieces, so be careful of that while driving off.

It’s a bux… I really wish I could just check into places and not need to write a review, especially for a Starbucks… or a way that you could get a badge for going to the most different locations of a chain. In any case… nothing special.

Okay so they have messed up my order a few times but I love the idea of the drive through. In addition Kenny has such a great smile which is a great way to start of the day.

What a ripoff! I ordered a venti but they gave me a grande. When I pointed this out, they said they charged me for a grande and refused to make me a new one. I looked at the receipt and they definitely charged for a venti. They were just being lazy assholes. Wish I could give no stars. BUYERSBEWARE!

I don’t know why starbucks has hired the most miserable of sales associates. So rude, do not know how to act. Extremely ghetto and ratchet in their BEHAVIOUR and dealings with customers. Staff of starbucks workers in the city have some more kind of right in taking their frustrations out on their customers by being eluding passive/rude BEHAVIOUR but even then the staff in the city is so much nicer; always In a jolly mood! Makes me happy ! Everyone that works here is literally the worst, making my starbucks experience one that I can not enjoy cause the miserable staff member over the machine is rushing me, gives an attitude? Like who wants to deal with that bullshit ??? Lack of decency on an all time high. Awful!!!

This. Is. The. Longest. Day. Ever. Nah…Just a huge conglomeration that feeds everyone caffeine like it is crack… They took out all the mom and pop coffee shops in almost half the states… but what can I say I’m hooked as well… I can’t believe this is a drive thur… One of the biggest reason I like Starbucks is the idea of being comfy at a coffee shop with wifi and outlets to charge my phone and surf the web. obviously this is nothing like your typical coffee shop… What a disappointment… And there’s always a line so beware there will be a wait… one thing I really admired about this place is a twenty four seven Starbucks… finally!!!

My first drive-thru Starbucks. Opens 24 hours per sign. The experience was going just about ok. when the lady did not close the lid tight enough and coffee spilled on my Burberry scarf, which is dry clean only! *SADface* I’ve definitely been to better drive-thru places. Downside: Cannot add your own amount of sugar and milk.

I must be having a dream. I must be if I’m rating a Starbucks. so highly. Let’s talk obvious here– why is this place only a drive-thru? Because they don’t want the locals to hang out here. It kind of makes me laugh, and then cry because I now live close enough to be deemed a local. It’s true what others have mentioned; the wait time is often long; we usually average about 10 – 15 minutes on line. However, we are never in a rush so it doesn’t faze us. BUT their coffees are surprisingly on point. Our regular Pike Place ventis are brewed smoking hot and with the right amount of everything.
