Dunkin’ Donuts

So I’m a regular here at this establishment and of course other «regulars» are very familiar to me. I’ve been coming here for lunch for the past year or so and I get the same thing EVERYTIME! In addition to the staff being really rude… what pissed me off about this place in particular was how the owner made a lady and her daughter leave because they didn’t buy anything. They told her that they’d call the police on her if she didn’t leave and the sad part about this whole situation was the fact that the lady was a regular there… so regular that I even know her order by heart. It just so happened that we were having a «Wintery mix» outside and she was waiting for her cab and she didn’t want to wait outside with no umbrella, and because her daughter was a very young girl whom also didn’t have an umbrella. The cashier noticed that she didn’t buy anything and made the biggest scene yet! Called the police and told the lady countless times that she didn’t care that she had a young child with her… if she didn’t buy anything… she had to leave. However, if I am honest. I totally understand where the owner was coming from but she knows that the lady is a regular here and I just wouldn’t have done that to her and her daughter… specifically considering the weather conditions that we were facing that day. So rude. Would never visit again!

The location is convenient for me so I go here when I’m craving a sweet or iced coffee. The staff behind the counter takes your order and gives it to you without looking at you. Not sure why. They could be much friendlier especially when serving you.
The actual place is ok. It’s completely normal, nothing stands out. There are a few tables at the front by the window. The crowd inside depends on the the time of day, as I’ve seen people just sitting there to avoid the heat or because they have nothing else to do. I usually go a couple of times a month but am sure to grab and go so that if the crowd is rowdy I don’t get any part of it.
The neighborhood is changing so the Dunkin Donuts is getting nicer, too.

I was receiving a great service by a young man who took my order. This area is fantastic!

i have been to this location a few times. each time they the clerks were nasty. the first time i went was for the sale on ice tea. the ice tea was $ 1 for any size. i ordered the large size. they did not put enough ice in it and it was a hot day. i only come here because it is in my neighborhood other then that i would not even come here.
