You can tell when a person is working just because he has to be in a place, and she he is there and actually care about the job and the place. You do not need a PHD to make coffee, nor in order to make it quick. I got the coffee right, it just was on delay. To make it simple: ok coffee. Nothing more.

I been here a few times and for some reason every time i’m there the staff is on the phone while they taking the order and than they serve me a latte with sugar when I told them No sugar and try to convince me that is exactly what I order. The regular coffee is not something that you would want to order here because it’s usually very poorly made and don’t even have a proper taste of coffee. Not the best location of DD chain.

About a week ago I bought two egg and chesse croissants from a man who was on his phone while making it(oh, you didn’t know that being on the phone leads to greater efficacy?). The sandwich wasn’t hot, the bread was hard, and the cheese wasn’t melted. I came in today and told the manager what happened to my poor egg and chesse croissants. Without an issue, he gave me two more for free. Interestingly, one of the employees(an older woman) who was making my new sandwiches accused me: «I’ve never seen you here before. Who made your original sandwich»? Classic. I told her that just because you’ve never seen me doesn’t mean I’ve never been here. I felt like her comment was so condescending. I’m not your teenage son. If you want to test the validity of my purchase, take me to Dunkin Donuts court, don’t publicly condescend.

Very rude staff and disorganized. the service is pretty poor(DD at Ave P near McDonalds Ave Brooklyn). You are better of served at any other dunkin dounuts franchise other than this. Also the staff think they are technology buffs. I had an argument with one of the staff who was taking my order. According to her great wisdom the cup on the dunkin dounuts app was not dancing fast enough for her liking to be an actual coupon. She was arguing with me on a promotion(dark roast any size) which is available to all old and new customers for whole month and not a special coupon which is bestowed on person spending thousands on coffee every month. Go to any branch other than this. otherwise be prepared to investigated thoroughly and be ready to explain why the cup dances in a slower pace on your phone if you are a DD perks member.

One word, SLOW. This Dunkin is right next to the ave p F train, and I attempt to get coffee before my train ride to work, but I’m rarely ever able to because they are extremely slow. There can be one person in front of me, but I’ll still have to wait a good 7 minutes until I order, which is ridiculous for coffee. I leave my house 10 minutes early to stop in, but I always miss my train that keeps me on time for work. I’ve always preferred Dunkin over Starbucks, but this specific Dunkin takes their sweet time to make a simple drink meanwhile the drink isn’t even how you asked for it. I learned my lesson with ordering ice coffee here. They go heavyyyyyy with the milk, even when I specially ask them not too. Stay away from ordering it. I try to stick to the latte’s, they actually make those properly here. I’m not sure on the collattas or other drinks here, I’ve only tried the ice coffee and the latte’s. Goodluck ! coming here if you’re on a time crunch and go here, or actually like good ice coffee!

Dunkin donuts has one of the best tasting donuts there is to offer. Luckily I live next to one so you can catch me visiting there occasionally. Not only do they have good donuts but good sandwiches. My favorite is the tuna sandwich. Sometimes they put in a lot of tuna to a point where tuna gets all over the place. The coffee is good as well. The lines move quick and sometimes the workers are hard to understand because of their accent. Either than that I would recommend trying this place out as well as the company itself as opposed to other places like Starbucks which I also visit a lot :)

Hoppin and poppin in the AM, not surprising. The line can go almost out the door. The gentleman behind the counter seemed overwhelmed that I was asking him for a plain, uncut, untoasted everything bagel and a small black coffee. Some things are cognitively demanding, I get that.

What an awful place. Very little English spoken here and if you ask them to repeat themselves, they get nasty. Very difficult people work here. No service skills at all. Another thing, They don’t honor Dunkin promotions. They refuse to honor the dark roast special @ .99 cents. They said they forgot to take sign down. Yea, sure. They were mocking me when I asked about that. They refused to cut a muffin in half for sharing purposes, and mumbled in another language. It’s very clear they dislike English speakers, possibly all Americans. I will not EVER go back there. As a matter of fact, I am going to report them to DD headquarters, hopefully that will do some good.

Went there this morning for an ice latte & a harsh brown, the lady who made my latte gave me a hot one, & gave me a bad attitude to change an ice one, which was simply put the hot latte with ice. Then the other lady who made my harsh brown was talking on her phone without making my order like 15 mins, I had to ask how long do I still need to wait?! Then they finally made it at the end. I was like, what happened to the women who work at this store?! Won’t go back anymore even though I live in this neighborhood! Very bad attitude!

Went here a few days ago and I don’t think I’m going back. I went on Free Donut Day and the manager refused to give me a free donut. I told him he was required to under his contract and he told me to go fuck myself. I told him I wasn’t leaving until I got what I was promised and he just ignored me and took the next customer. Adding insult to injury, the store is located in a Jewish area and he has a charity box asking to support the Palestines. I find this offensive. This is not the first time I called corporate to complain about them. Bottom Line: DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION. They are understaffed. Once I was ordering breakfast and the person who makes the sandwiches decided he needed a smoke break and I asked someone else to make it and the Manager said no only that guy can do it. I could not wait so I asked for my money back to which he refused and I said I didn’t get the service I paid for and he said if you can’t wait that’s not my problem. This place does not like Jews and they make it known. STAYAWAYFROMHEREATALLCOSTS. THEYDON’T CAREABOUTTHECUSTOMERSANDTHEYWILLNOTACCOMODATEANYREQUESTYOUMAKE. This DD is conveniently located by the F train, but I’m always driving and parking is hard. So I hover while my buddy goes in. We get coffee or hot chocolate, perfectly adequate, no surprises good or bad. This DD is A-OK. And it’s kosher, a plus for some people.

I love this new location. It has outside seating which is a nice touch and offers one table inside it to seat and snack. They offer all the usual goodies at DD and sell coffee to make an home as well. The people here are very nice every time I stop in. It is about a month old and is not even listed on their site yet, so it has that new Dunkin Donuts smell. They sell coffee by the pound for $ 8.99 and I had a coupon for 4 of them for $ 20 and a free 16 oz iced coffee. So I show up, grab four of the bags, get the free iced coffee and step up to the counter. The coupon is not working… they try over and over… still not… now I feel stupid and say«don’t worry I will pay full price.» The manager sees the problem, comes over and says«we will just charge you $ 5 a pound and fix the coupon issue later.» I thought that was nice but then he adds, «and would you like a complimentary bagel for your iced coffee?» I say«no you did enough»…he says«no I insist, please take one.» So I do and have to admit that manager was pretty damn cool. I go back time to time… well quite often actually because it is on my way to the subway and they always have the line moving and give you that service with a smile so its a great place to grab something for breakfast in the morning.
