I came upon this Verizon store by a happy accident. Neither Unilocal nor Verizon knew the store I was originally referred to had moved and was closed due to construction. This was the store I chose to try next.
I couldn’t be happier!!! Adam was the tech (owner?) who has been working with me, holding my hand every step of the way thru a problem with my iPhone that the iGeniuses not only charged me for in the past, but could not fix nor take responsibility for. Adam not only explained what he was doing every step of the way, but never made me feel ignorant or if I did something to initiate the problem. I ran back and forth between him and the Apple store. Adam has a customer for life! PS, it’s worth the trip from anywhere!!! (I’m nowhere near it, but have bought and fixed Verizon phones all over, not crazy about customer service).
