I’ve been living in the area for about a year, and Fiore has to be one of my go-to favorites. Everything is consistently delicious, from staples like their baked lasagna with meat sauce and bechemel to their specials, like their homemade pasta and lamb ragu. The tonno salad is a must-try. The staff is warm and welcoming as is the entire atmosphere. Perfect for a date night or group outing. Only thing is they are cash only(but there’s an ATM right next door). Highly recommend for a nostalgic meal.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience here at. I stumbled upon the restaurant on the fly for dinner one night after seeing the homemade pasta on the menu. I though am a lover of seafood so I ordered the salmon, cooked medium. It was cooked to perfection and complemented by roasted potatoes and kale. Very healthy! The food was not over seasoned or masked it in any way. It’s freshness was allowed to talk for itself. They are cash only so be mindful however there are atms around.

Very romantic place. Very well decorated. Good lighting. Good stuff. I had the bolognese and a glass of Nero and it was yum-al dente! I’m writing this review the next day. Is it too soon to crave the pasta? And I met one of the partners-George-such a great guy.

I come here on a Saturday afternoon for brunch knowing that every place would have at least an hour wait, my food critic senses were tingling and told me this place would be a gem of a find. And it was! No wait times and it was a beautiful restaurant. Amazing décor and felt happy as soon as you walked in. Rustic/trendy/alice in wonderland sort of décor. I had ordered the Eggs benny with lox and it was exceptional. Came with shoe string fries and a salad. For only $ 13, and $ 10 if you get the classic eggs benny. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was quick, great prices and no waiting in long lines. I’m almost hesitant to write this review because there are not many good brunch spots left which you don’t have to spend half your day waiting to eat. Looking forward to coming back here for dinner! Tip: Great date spot.

My husband and I were outside looking at the menu trying to decide whether to go in or not when a couple came out and enthusiastically encouraged us to go. They raved about their dinner so we decided to give it a shot. Our waiter was really friendly, gave us recommendations and we were not disappointed. Def keeping this place in mind when we’re in the mood for Italian again.

The atmosphere was nice and décor was cute. Service was good and food was very fast. However, we were really disappointed by the taste of the food. The starters were really bland and the mains overly salty, we couldn’t eat them. Very disappointed.

Been here a few times now so it’s the right time to write something about this neighborhood favorite for us. The ambiance is relaxed, lightening is on a darker side. Has a outside courtyard — a great place for summer — but closed for winter. Cash only allows it to keep the prices down. Good(not many) selection of wines at very reasonable markup. Dishes haven’t changed a lot thru seasons though there are often specials. The staple offerings are solid. A good mix of pasta, pizza, meat and fish dishes that draws us back. I like hearty dishes and there are two I would recommend — port sausage simmered with cannellini beans or seafood pasta with light tomato sauce.

I’ve eaten at Fiore in the past and enjoyed it but the meal I had there last night was truly awful. The lasagna I ordered tasted like something out of a Chef Boyardee can. The noodles were not even remotely al dente and the whole thing was a soggy mess. My friends ordered personal pizzas and those weren’t much better. The prosciutto and mushroom pizza had very scant toppings and was really just lots of mozzarella on a very bland crust. On a night when there were 30-minute waits at several other Williamsburg restaurants Fiore was almost empty at 8 o’clock so I think the word is out. The quality at Fiore has taken a real dip and I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Had dinner here with my friend in Williamsburg. We both got the seafood pasta, which was delicious! We really enjoyed our experience. It was just a cute little Italian joint on the side of the street and we were starving before exploring and going out that night. The service was a little subpar(hence the one star deduction). But the food in itself was delicious and the wine choices were comparable as well.

This is my go-to Italian place in the area… love the ambiance here — at night it is candle-lit, and they always play good music. I’ve only ordered one dish here, the bolognese, but it’s very good(I always add a ton of red pepper and cheese on top: P) and the portions are generous. The bread here is good, I always ask for balsamic vinegar with the olive oil. Prices are fair, the bolognese is $ 13. My go-to Italian spot with my friend, we will be back for another girl’s night dinner: D

I cannot say enough nice things about my night at Fiore. Carlo and his staff were so hospitable and attentive to our large party for an anniversary dinner. The ambience, table setting, menu and wines were exactly what we wanted for a special night out with family and friends. Each course was prepared and served perfectly. This was my first visit but I highly recommend it, and will be going back for the mussels and tiramisu! Thank you!

I walked into this place by myself and was greeted right away by the staff. He asked me if I wanted to sit at the bar or at a table. I preferred the bar since I was alone. The two gentleman were so nice and friendly. My water was always refilled and I never had to ask. They would check up on me to see how I was doing. I got the artichoke appetizer which was heavenly. I loved the bacon and the cheese. The artichokes were season perfectly. Then I ordered the ravioli which was perfectly cooked. Good amount of cheese, not too much and not too little. The ravioli taste freshly made and had a good amount of sauce to it. For dessert, I ordered the warm apple cake was a perfect ending. It was the right amount and it was moist and delicious. I would definitely recommend coming to and ordering the artichoke and warm apple cake.

Used to be our Williamsburg go-to restaurant but we overdone it. I think we tried everything on the menu. Good quality and the service was always great since we knew the owner. The star dishes were the mussels, meat lasagna and frutti di mare pasta. The gnocchi are superb but they are a BOMB! the gorgonzola goes right into your brain. The calamari, eggplant, fried zucchini, and other starters are ok but nothing worth repeating. Go for the entrees and specials on the board. They usually have a branzino, spanish mackerel or some fish dish that is pretty fresh. The desserts are a waste of appetite and calories. The tiramisu is not as close as any good tiramisu recipe and the other desserts are just bla. Save your stomach for other goodies in the area. The brunch is good too. Usual stuff but pretty decent.

Came here for brunch on a Saturday. Very cute place, love the décor. We sat outside in the backyard area and it was very peaceful. It was about 3pm on Saturday so there were only maybe 2 – 3 other parties there. The brunch menu was very fairly priced. I had homemade pasta with bolognese sauce and I believe it was $ 13.50. Was very good, had a homemade feel to it. Yum. My boyfriend had the prociutto panini that came with a small salad and French fries for $ 10. He seemed to like it. Would definitely come back again.

I am severely disappointed in this place. I’ve walked past so many times and wondered why it was empty so much, now I know. We came here for a last resort on my birthday seeing that the menu had many options for me(I have several food allergies). We looked at so many restaurants just wanting gnocchi and ravioli. The space is obviously beautiful, romantic, quite. It was perfect for the night I wanted. The food on the other hand tasted as if I could have bought it in the frozen food section at a grocery store. The sauce on the ravioli, which was suppose to be butter and sage had absolutely no flavor. And the spinach flour gnocchi we couldn’t even finish. The sauce was cheesed based and tasted like it was from a jar. The wait staff was okay. The waiter could clearly see that we were dissatisfied with our food but never came over to check if we liked it. Also, the fact that this place is cash only in 2015 is not only inconvenient to the customer, but seems a little sketchy too. We left so unhappy that we had to go to other restaurant after to get something else to eat.

I haven’t been to such a wonderful and low key spot in so long. Normally, Williamsburg is overrun with expensive crap that doesn’t even taste good. This place offers quality atmosphere, exceptional service, GREAT food, and a lovely experience for a more than reasonable price.

Holy smokes!!! A gem! A must try! Was hungry after yoga and came here for one of the best Italian meals of my life. Started with the grilled shrimp and calamari– light and fresh. Shared eggplant lasagna starter-nom nom. My main was Bolognese with homemade pasta– perfectly al dente and plate licking good– seriously I was licking the plate. Jose was so nice and made me feel welcomed :) I will miss this place when I go home. But warning: CASHONLY!!! What are we in the dark ages? Only negative.

I used to LOVE going to Fiore, and a few months ago I went back and left a review upset about the food being downgraded. Now its OFFICIAL the food is getting WORSE!!! Their Lasagna, once the most coveted and delicious dish on the menu has been reduced to a mere old reheated brick of a thing. SUCH A SHAME!!! gone are the days of it arriving bubbly and delicious. I’m sure everyone who is a patron of this restaurant would agree that if the prices went up so be it, as long as the food was of quality and we would all be back for more and more.

I would give it a 5 but I’m comparing this to its’ sister restaurant, Bianca, in the East Village that has a special place in my heart. I went in on a Sunday night around 7:30pm and it was quite empty, only 3 – 4 tables. If it was Bianca, there would already be a 1 – 1.5 hr wait or more. The prices are cheaper but the portion for my brodetto was considerably smaller and had a lot more oil than at Bianca. The service is good but doesn’t have that same charm. Overall, this one is much more spacious and lacks the noise and crowd. The food is somewhat similar but I do prefer Bianca, where they grate fresh cheese instead of handing you kraft parmesan in a jar. A lot of people prefer the more quiet and spacious ambience but I think that’s what makes Bianca the clear winner for me. I like eating in a restaurant where you know the ingredients are fresh because it’s always so crowded no matter what day it is and I actually like eating in a restaurant where there are people around me. All in all, food is good but I’m lacking excitment because I’m comparing it to Bianca.

There is some great Italian food at this cool little place in Williamsburg. I had pasta with sausage and bell pepper, and it was absolutely fantastic. And they piled it so high that I had a full second helping the next day for lunch! I have seen some negative reviews about their service, but I received excellent, attentive service. I would recommend going on a weeknight to avoid the WB crowds and waits. This is a great little place! Check it out!

I went here for brunch a few months ago and our waiter was really rude, so I wanted To make sure I came for the full dinner experience before writing a review and I’m so glad I did because Nuovo Fiore redeemed itself truly! The atmosphere is delightful, perfect for date or cosy friends night. The Maitre D was lovely and so on it. The service and food is so authentically Italian — and the portions are quite large, so don’t overdo it. A success !
