Delivery was quick and food was really good. Tasty and not too greasy! The crab rangoons are a must have. I strongly recommend

The fried rice is YELLOW, which is not noted anywhere on the menu. It’s repulsive — I tossed it out.

This review isn’t even for the food. Because I never got it. I called after it was a half hour late and the rude woman told me «The driver is out, I don’t know when you’ll get it. We’re very busy.» So I called seamless and cancelled the order. Fifteen minutes later the driver called me from downstairs and yelled at me to come down and get my food. I didn’t.

I have to say we love this place. It’s rare to find a good chinese restaurant that serves up good food and actually delivers to your door. I love this place!

Pretty basic tasty Chinese food! The delivery was a little longer than I would have hoped but the food made up for it! You get a lot! I had the Sweet and Sour Chicken Combo (comes w/​fried rice and egg roll), Fried Rice (didn’t think I would get double) and Dumplings, which were just okay. Will for sure order from there again!

Decent food, wish I replaced the rice with lo mein. I got a huge portion of white rice I didn’t ask for which was a bummer with my broccoli order and a huge portion of sub par «fried rice.» The app didn’t give me a choice, not sure if I would’ve had one if I called. Still, the general tso chicken was good, so there’s that.

This is my go to place in the neighborhood. The food is consistent and always hit the spot for me. The boneless spare ribs are my favorite.

My favorite Bean Curd with Vegetables in the world (and I’ve been to many countries…).
Plus, when I call they know it’s me and they ask: «Pick up or delivery?»… 20 minutes later i’m watching Game of Thrones in bed with my wife and enjoying one of my favorite dishes :-)

Our go-​to Chinese delivery. We pretty much only ever order the General Tso’s chicken, but thats because we found these guys do a tasty, fresh version, we tried a few other dishes, but when you’re getting Chinese delivery, you want your favourite, and this is it.
We are pretty close by, but we will generally receive our food within 30 minutes of ordering, sometimes sooner, never so soon that it makes us worry its not cooked properly. The food is always hot and fresh. Only had a mistake on the order once & they got back to us pretty quickly.

It’s been a while since I had outrageously good Chinese food that made me clean the plate but Golden Chopsticks delivers just that! The rice is soft and to die for! They have THE BEST Chicken and Broccoli, and the General Tso Chicken is also good.

It’s amazing how one intersection changes everything.
I was looking for some quick Chinese food I can have before a summer class I was taking at Medgar Evers College. I found one place that had the bulletproof counter and no tables or seats so I ventured down Franklin Ave across Eastern Parkway. It turned into a totally different area, I was able to sit down and study while I waited for my chicken wings and fried rice. Wings were crispy and much to my surprise I had a sprinkling of veggies in my fried rice! Such a delight! Tasty food and friendly staff, excellent takeout joint in my opinion.

I feel like it’s really difficult to screw up takeout chinese food. The recipes are well known and established and you really just have to make it within a modicum of what people expect to rate as «good».
Golden Chopstick is a weird name for a chinese restaurant to begin with. Why would you make a utilitarian eating instrument out of gold to begin with? It’s a soft metal and would be unnecessarily expensive.
Or perhaps Golden Chopstick is a hint at their cooking style, since everything we had here was well fried. I ordered the usual staples of chinese food: fried chicken wings on rice and general tso’s.
The fried chicken wings were ok, a bit on the overfried and dry side. The rice a little mushy but acceptable. The general tso’s however was something else. It was so overfried that it went beyond crispy… it was borderline crunchy. Even slathered in sauce, every bite was met with overfried breading.
Not a great take out joint when you can’t execute the staples.

The food is really good and delivery is fast!

It was very clean. Both General Tso’s Tofu combination and Garlic Chicken was good. It wasn’t as greasy as some other chinese places.

I ordered some of the MOST basic Chinese food from this place. An eggroll, small pork fried rice, and shrimp chowmein. The fact that their pork fried rice tasted like cardboard (I mean literally… maybe it was special Thousand Year Rice, but it tasted so old and, well, cardboardym that I threw it away!) it doesn’t make sense to comment further. Oh, wait… let me give them 1 star because they had some of the best packages of hot mustard around! These people are insulting us New Yorkers and should be avoided.

Fast efficient cashier and delivery, food tastes good enough for a chinese food take out place.

I’ve lived in NYC for almost a decade, devouring tons (probably literally) of Chinese food from fast places that look just like this, but this is by far the worst food I’ve ever had. Ever. I got the Beef & Broccoli and never throw food out but had to toss it. It was weirdly chewy and tasted rancid. So gross! Now every time I walk by this place it makes me cringe.

Their steamed shrimp with broccoli is so delicious. I had to order it with the sauce on the side (as I eat it with brown rice). It tasted so good. Then, I ordered maybe two chicken wings on the side and they were pretty tasty as well. Their food is expensive too, so watch your wallet.

I can’t be wining and dining at fancy places all the time, and yes, every now and then I get a craving for General Tso’s chicken that I can’t shake. And that’s when I turn to Golden Chopsticks, our go-​to Chinese food place. I don’t even have a number for any other places, that’s how much we like them. The food is delivered on time and hot, and it tastes pretty good – we always get the General and its not too sweet but nice and crunchy as it should be. This review is strictly for delivery since I’ve only been in the physical store once, but even that was an ok experience. They get extra points for taking credit cards for phone orders and for the free soda they throw in when you order over a certain amount. A solid place.

Ghetto Chinese food. We’ve only ever had takeout, but the food we’ve had has been quite yummy. Very good comfort food.

I’m not sure if they simply made a mistake or if it truly was horrendous. There was no vinegar and no pepper. No spice whatsoever. It tasted like salt water. I’m going to have to try it one more time to see if what I had was made incorrectly or if they truly have horrendous hot and sour soup. I don’t recall ever giving any food an F before, so this is quite bad.

Goopy and not much flavor. The only reason why I didn’t give it a C+ is because there was actually quite a lot of shrimp, and the shrimp was pretty big.
