Golden Krust

First things first. When you walk into ANY Caribbean restaurant be prepared to receive tons of attitude for your business. Thats the exchange. Give them money… Only for them to give you attitude and SOMETIMES good food.
Now that we are past that and my shield is up I’m prepared.
Me: Hi!
Rude lady: … (exactly, no response from her. smh)
But it’s okay because that’s exactly what I expected!)
Anything else and I would be shocked into cardiac arrest.
I ordered a small oxtail with pumpkin rice, cabbage and plantain. Well the rice was immaculate. The cabbage was okay and the portion of oxtail was skimpy and tough. Then the kicker. $ 10!!! Plus tax! WHAT?! For a small?! Smh. No thanks! I’ll stick to the oxtail from my neck of the woods.
Next day I try a large chicken soup and there was MAYBE two pieces of chicken and scarcely any veggies and dumplings.
Next time I had the small stew chicken with pumpkin rice. She gave the THREE pieces of chicken back (all bone) and the rice was uncooked. Had I not traveled about 15 minutes away before having three bits followed by throwing the food in the trash I would of threw it at the cook! Waste of time, money and playing with my stomachs emotions which is a high offense!
DO NOT GO!!! EVER!!! STARVE IF YOU MUST!
