This places is terrible for order out. Issaac is rude. My issue is packing when I order a sandwich and coffee he doesn’t pack it properly and its spills and then he doesn’t want to replace it.

terrible service!!! the woman serving us refused to give me ketchup.
she took forever to serve us coffee and i understand they are a small deli but there is no excuse for being rude.
its a shame because i work nearby and i order my breakfast there and had them within a good concept therefore i decide to go in and have breakfast there but after my experience at their location i will not order from them anymore.

I’ve lived within walking distance to Isaac’s for years and have grown to rely on them for everything! Plus they deliver locally. Their cheeseburger always delivers with fries, of course and the coffee is always fresh. Isaac’s is the quintessential Brooklyn coffee shop.

If you take it for exactly what it is, Isaac’s is a great spot! Obviously, you’re not going to go there for ambiance and décor, right?
When I was a student at Brooklyn College, this was my go-​to spot for food and small study groups. My study partner and I would often meet here to study, brain storm & write papers while eating good, cheap, real food in a quite environment where we were never rushed but always welcomed to stay as long as we needed.
When I drive by Isaac’s, I get nostalgic. I’ll have to take my college buddy here the next time she’s in town.

Isaac’s is my favorite place in Brooklyn to grab breakfast and read the paper. Quick service and delicious food. Try to avoid coming through when school’s getting out across the street and everybody’s in a mad rush to get their french fries. In fact, just try to avoid Nostrand Avenue period when school’s getting out.
