Just checked this shop out and was most impressed with their varied selection of locally made vintage-​style day dresses in fetching patterns. The shop owner (assuming she was the owner) said they’re sewn in the garment district. They’re still like $ 90/​$ 100 for a simple dress you could make if you sewed, but you don’t sew so this is a nice alternative to the shoddily made-​in-​China fare found a few blocks down Atlantic at Brooklyn Industries. I also liked that when I tried on a sale dress (not from the collections described above), she agreed with my assessment that it wasn’t doing anything for me, rather than trying to make the sale. I’ll go back for one of those cute dresses for the summer.

Great prices on sweet threads — clean lines, clever details, delicate trimmins’, if you like nice clothes, this is your place. The lady who runs the place is awesome too! A sophisticated Danish lady who knows fashion when she sees it. You can tell by the way she is dressed — like someone who knows fashion.
If you buy clothing here, you will never meet another person with the same item and that is something I truly love about Juniper Galaxy.
