This place used to be Corn Bread diner, which was formerly Corn Bread Café(when it was in Park Slope, but moved out b/c the rents were too high). They were a soul food restaurant. Unfortunately, to keep costs low, they used the cheapest possible ingredients, had microscopic portions, and everything was a la carte only. However, they were SUPER nice, and had the only BBQ brisket sandwich in our ‘hood, & so I went there often anyway. It was very clean and sunny inside, and they always made you feel welcome. That being said, they have been replaced by this poisonous ghetto fried chicken place. These Kantacky-type chicken places are part of a larger conspiracy to poison the population of low income people to keep them from rebelling against our racist government. This restaurant switch-a-roo was of the worst possible order and obviously makes me very upset. Zero stars.
