Wing Bistro

I’ve had food from this place 4 times already. The food is ok no complaints on my end but my issue is the customer service. Every time I order food from this place its always some problem from forgetting to put food in the bag to not giving free soda if you spend at least $ 20. Mind you they have special combos of $ 7 that include a free soda so why do I have to remind you every time I spend at least $ 20 to throw in a free soda. Last night I ordered 12 wings an fries at 8pm an it wasn’t ready until 8:40pm mind you I live one block from the restaurant. If my food wasn’t going to be ready within a reasonable time a friendly call saying my food will be ready by this specific time would of been reasonable. Not to mention the food is a overpriced an you can’t even see your food being prepared because they have big vending machine blocking your view of the cooking area!

After waiting 2.5 hours for a delivery they called to tell me that they delivered my food to someone else and that they were going to have to re-​prep and send someone else.

I ordered at 4:13pm, its 7:32pm and I’m still waiting for my wings. The delivery lady called me an hour ago saying she was 20 minutes away. Just a huge disaster.
