My main reason for visiting this local McD’s is to enjoy the $ 1 coffee with friends after some shopping or general errands in the vicinity. I don’t mind the occasional cheeseburger despite what my waistline says about it and as far as a fast food chain goes they do alright with tending to my meager needs. The staff always seems friendly which I try to give right back to them and that is important because some customers come in with this air of superiority. No need to stomp on the cashiers based on your own bad day so leave that nonsense outside. Overall this seems to be a clean place and I have often seen a franchise manager or owner checking into the restaurant and meeting with staff. Its good to have that presence as long as everyone isn’t getting spooked by him being there and messing up. There is a larger upstairs dining area which is where I generally go to sit. It should be noted that the long tables with the higher stools have the ability to charge your mobile device or plus a laptop in which is ALWAYS beneficial. It can be crowded based on the time you go there so I would say avoid a Saturday or Sunday shopping rush and close to when the nearby high school lets out because it will be chaos. Nothing more that I can add here so I will close with«I’m Lovin’ It»(most of the time :)

I eat McDonald’s French fries maybe once or twice a year, the sundaes perhaps a few times a year and the fish sandwich once every few years and nothing else. Sis swears by the coffee but they don’t have decaf so I don’t usually buy it. Still, I can’t fault a place that provided a much needed bathroom after a tour of Dyker Heights Christmas lights that came after one LONG train ride. One bathroom was at ground level and two were at the top level, which an old lady waiting at ground level was kind enough to tell me about. And the bathroom I used was clean, though maybe because it was New Year’s Eve and there was only a few sad looking patrons scattered throughout. I dashed in, dashed out, but noticed the place overall seemed clean, with masculine, brown striped wallpaper that reminded me of an old Hojo’s. The tired looking worker seemed friendly as she conversed with a customer.

Overly crowded around noon, no parking. Your typical mcdonalds in a shopping area and hugh school Theres 2 floors but still never enough tables during rush hours. Pro about that is fresh fries!!! they open early and close late Street parking is always hard to find so best to come early if you’re planning to stay around to shop. Or when its lunch time i always come with a friend to go in while i double park.

The place had be renovated and had a nice look to it. They offer many new items like the fraps and smoothies. The customer service is fairly good, with the exception of a few employees.

While I can’t stand McDonalds food, they had cheap hot chocolate and a free bathroom. The place wasn’t cramped and was reasonably clean(though my sister thought the bathroom was gross) so there is nothing to complain about.

It’s McDonald’s what can you say. My son loves the fries. It has a play place, so it does get crazy in here at certain times of the day. They try to keep it clean & keep the line moving. You get a lot of kids just running around but that isn’t McDonald’s fault. They do birthday parties but it’s a small room, I’ve never been but have seen one going on they don’t do much. I would just take the food to go if you could.

Renovated. Looks nice. But it’s still McDonald’s. It is what it is. All I get are mcflurrys anyway when the craving calls. Love those things

I love the new design that McDonald’s has been renovated to after all these years. Everything looks brighter and more welcoming to customers. I had a soft serve cone, but the service here runs smoothly with someone calling out your service number. Soft serve cone on a sunny, gorgeous day!

Let’s overlook the sticky floor *and* the fact that they have a ‘pay toilet’. I don’t expect much BUT… when I order four items and they can’t get that right, then I *know* I’m in McDonald’s. Ordered 2 McChicken’s(one no mayo), medium fries, and a black coffee(no sugar). Got my order, opened the bag… no fries. The cashier apologized(her apologies, though probably insincere, are all that got this place two stars). Open my coffee. It has milk in it. I tell her I ordered a coffee, no milk, no sugar. She pours another and apologizes. I open it, and say«This still has milk in it». She makes a third coffee and, well, third time’s a charm. But by this point, the fries are ice-cold. And I just want to get out of there. Rather than apologizing, I wish they had gotten my order correct. McDonald’s has two good things on the menu– fries and coffee. And they managed to ruin both. Great job, MickeyD’s. I’m not loving it.

Quick and friendly staff. But… what happened to the mcflurry? They now have sizes for mcflurry and a regular size(which is super tiny) cost about $ 2.50+. Apparently it’s additional for oreos. What the heck happened???

Dirty and gross. Rude cashier. Smelly hobo. I got food poisoning from there two months ago.

This McDonalds location is very disorganized. When you wait on line they take your order and then 5 other people’s orders while you stand there in a crowd of people waiting to get their food. They also have so many different lines which makes it even more confusing. It is not very clean inside since the people who clean hardly wipe the tables. People come in there and bring in their own food and sit there for hours which takes up a lot of tables. I would never even go near that playhouse with the slide since no one is ever in there cleaning it. If you need to use the bathroom you have to use either a coin or a quarter. You need to go all the way back downstairs to get the coin so they know most people will use a quarter which you don’t even get back! the food is just like any other mc Donalds. I do not Recommend this location.

Now while this isn’t a regular meal for me when I do want McDonald’s this probably one of the best in the bayridge area, from the semi friendly employees depending on the day, the two floor set up with a play area for the kids as well as a seperated area for them to eat which is always a plus. The food is usually good and hot and the drinks fresh. So I’d definitely recommend to eat here if your in the area and hungry for some fatty food.

Good location in Bay Ridge for a late night meal on the weekend. They are no longer open 24 hours every day, now they just stay open around the clock Friday-Sunday. Staff is extra friendly here and they know the regulars and treat them well. I like the Big Mac specials here all day Sunday and during the week from 4−8pm which is buy one get one free. They have plenty of room to sit with a whole second floor dedicated to extra seats, theres even a nice size play place for the kids ustairs. McDonald’s shouldnt be your«go to» spot for food daily but every once in a while it sure does taste good and this is one of the better locations for a quick fix.

Just past 11AM, the staff was able to make me a biscuit, egg & cheese sandwich(close to $ 3 including tax). To drink, I ordered an iced caramel mocha. I had no complaint about the sandwich, but the coffee. I realized it tasted like the tropical fruit smoothies it makes. I guess they use the same machine or utensils to make coffee AND smoothies. Least it was edible so I drank every last drop in my cup.
