Mike’s Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating

We just used Air Vent Medics for our building’s dryer vent cleaning. Jarred and June came to service all 4 units in our building. Both Jarred and June are very professional and know what they are doing. Our dryers vents were not cleaned for 8 years (since we moved in) and it was quite messy. These guys cleaned them very well.
We also received good and fair price for the work they have done. I highly recommend Air Vent Medics — especially Jarred and June were great.

Late on Sunday night October 19,2014 my 100 gallon gas hot water heater failed. Early Monday morning I called Mike’s Air conditioning, Refrigeration and heating. I told the owner Mike that many people were without hot water. and were unable to shower and wash. He agreed to come over right away. There were twenty tenants without hot water .He studied the problem and informed me that several parts needed to be replaced. He completely disassembled the gas burner and removed seven years worth of rust and debris and then reassembled it. He then left to purchase the new parts. When he returned he replaced the parts and restored my heater to working condition. I was very impressed with his expertise and attention to
a property owner it is imperative to keep my downtime to a minimum .By responding so quickly and repairing the unit promptly Mike saved me a headache and my tenants a good deal of inconvenience. His fees were very reasonable. I can highly recommend him and his company to anyone requiring a heating service technician.
