I came in one Sunday night for«a beer». Yeah, you know how that goes. I stayed until I thought taking a run in the pouring rain was a good idea, thanks mainly to the fabulous bartender Rosie keeping me company. She’s so upbeat and friendly, plays great music, and understands the importance of staying hydrated for optimal drinking conditions. We chugged lots of water together. The bar itself is great too, nice food options, killer grilled cheese, outdoor seating, nice beer and cocktail list. I recall Rosie making me a great spicy margarita. Ask for one!

This place is nearby Aviv where I go to see shows sometimes and if I have time to kill before doors this is a great spot! The bartenders are very friendly and welcoming and they have a great selection of rotating beers. I haven’t left there thirsty yet.

I used to walk to north Williamsburg for a good bar. No longer! This bar is absolutely amazing. No douche bag clique types here, but the bartenders still have character and are friendly. Prices are very reasonable. They offer a $ 3 beer if you’re on a budget. Good beer selection otherwise. Amazing food. Atmosphere is low lighting and relaxed with a variety of music not so loud you have to yell but not too quiet that you can hear the conversation of the party next to you. Board games, Growler delivery, & kombucha. You can’t get better. Seriously come here for a great laid back night with friends…

The best local bar one can have. The food is great, recommend the«keeping it kosher» or pulled pork sandwiches. The beer selection is genuinely impressive but there’s no air of pretentiousness in the staff. It’s welcoming and lovely

This place is so great! The food is delicious, the drinks are great, the beer selection is ever-rotating. The vibe of the whole place is so welcoming, and so are all the employees. I have completed both levels of the Beer Society here and stop by for a drink at least once a week. Rarely do you come across a bar with great food, great drinks(and clean taps), and a super welcoming atmosphere. Go here, become a regular.

One Stop… is almost the best of anyone’s barhop. Walked in with low expectations, left with high times. Cloaked in an atmosphere of non-familiar coziness and friendly smiles. Bartenders are delightfully bold and somewhat attentive; which is way better than a majority of other neighborhood watering holes. Yet, I feel the real«twinkle in they’re eye» is the menu that is executed right on par with the overall essence and audience that keep returning. And so will I. One Stop gets two thumbs up from this pleasantly surprised patron. Thanks

This is my local, and I couldn’t be happier to have a bar of this caliber so close(I live two blocks away). The staff here is über knowledgeable on beers, and they obviously take great care in their selection of brews. The spirits on the back bar are equally cultivated, with a great mix of category benchmarks and local boutique liquors. One of the most surprising things about One Stop is the quality of food offered. Hands down the best burger in the neighborhood. Pull pork and pastrami sandwiches are on point — you can’t go wrong with anything ordered off their menu.

I’m rare with a 5 star, but I think the food here was on point and the service made a huge difference to me. We rolled up with a toddler and two babies, young parents looking for a pint after some Halloween shenanigans in McGorlick. The beer selection was great, a lot of varieties, and a nice cozy seating area. We sat outside, but inside had a good vibe, almost old-timey saloon. My brother-in-law and nephew shared a grilled cheese and had no complaints, and let me say this is from a pretty discerning 3 year old, so I’ve got to give credit when credit is due. Bar keeps were nice, quick on the pull, and generous with bubbly water for the tiny ones. Sometimes people with kids can be the worst in a restaurant, but we all need beer right?! So thanks team at One Stop for being so gracious, I will certainly return sans-children soon.

We stopped by on a Monday after work. Nice classic atmosphere. A couple of folks had well behaved dogs there. Beer was large portion and reasonably priced.

Been coming here for years now and still love them. The«Beer Society» is the best bar idea – Drink all the beers on their list(over time! not all at once!) and you get your name on the wall. I made the list a year or so ago. Service is sometimes hit or miss but it’s otherwise a cozy hidden gem of the neighborhood.

This is my neighborhood destination of choice for drinks and delectable foods. It sits alone on the corner of a mainly residential strip making it one East Williamsburg’s hidden gems. If you’re sitting outside on a nice day, the quiet street makes for a relaxing brunch with friends or a date. Move indoors and you’re sitting in a trendy bar with a setup that makes it easy to have a good time with friends, or to make some new ones. Sit at one of the tables and you can play Jenga or one of the variety of fun games they have sitting on the shelves. I prefer sitting at the bar where I always end up chatting with the bartenders and eating the complimentary popcorn. The cocktails rock and the craft beer selection satisfies whatever you may desire. And the food is ridiculously good. They serve what feels like the new wave of upscale bar food(i.e. Grilled cheese with truffle oil) and it just hits all of the right spots. This is my «One Stop».

One stop beer shop is so fucking cool. Joshua the bar tender is the shit and super helpful. The pulled pork nachos were epic there was cheese all the way through. Their beer selection is insane– they have a great selection! They also have a borscht shot which is like a pickle back but with beet juice rather then pickles. They also have a kombucha cocktail. For a bar the food is amazing. Also there’s outdoor seating…

This is a good place a beer. Love coming here on a week night with a buddy and I will someday get my plaque on the wall. That said I haven’t had much food here, bc I thought it was a bit pricey for bar food. IF you like spicy, the mean beans really have some kick! I live nearby and see ppl there for brunch ALLTHETIME, but never been myself — maybe one soon.

Three and a half stars actually. Bartender nice and helpful. Let us taste a coffee porter(smooth) and a scotch ale(slightly bitter). Coffee was very good and hot! Two for one bloody Mary’s(spicy)! Pastrami and egg sandwich with sriracha(minus the guacamole) on crusty bread was flavorful but not exceptionally filling. The BLAT was equally tasty but the bread cut the roof of my mouth(tmi-sorry). Very cute interior with seats outside as well. Would definitely come back if in the neighborhood.

While delicious, the brunch here left me wanting more — as in I was still hungry. But good thing my girlfriend needed help finishing hers. Though I was tempted to get the unlimited beer brunch(amazing), I opted to satisfy my craving for French toast. It was very tasty and I was happy it came with real maple syrup and crispy bacon, but it didn’t fill me up. Maybe using Challah bread would have done the trick. Even with the single egg I got as an extra side, it wasn’t enough for brunch and left me unsatisfied. My gf’s chorizo sausage and avocado breakfast sandwich was delicious though and came with fresh salad. The coffee was great too but the server couldn’t be sure what kind it was. I’d definitely come back here since it’s just down the road but I’ll go for that unlimited beer option next time.

Great service, great beer. Wish this were my local bar. Love the beer society thing! Drink 40 beers and you’re a member for life. One down for me, only 39 left to go! Bit far from the subway. But worth the hike. Border of east Williamsburg and Greenpoint. Great décor, great selection of beer. Lots of Bells beer, especially seasonal stuff. Yep, plus free popcorn.

Super cute spot and the perfect place to unwind after a long day of work. I came here with my boyfriend to grab a drink and some food before a was a Thursday so the place wasn’t too packed. We sat down at a table and the waiter/bartender dropped off some menus. We ordered the following: Grilled Cheese — Toasted buttery bread with cheddar, swiss, monterey jack and truffle oil. The truffle oil definitely stood out which was great but I wished I could taste the nuttiness of the swiss or the slight heat from the pepper jack .not quite sure those cheeses were in there. Due to the thickness of the bread, I was hoping there would be a thicker gooier layer of cheese… CAN’T skimp on cheese in grilled cheese! Pastrami — This sandwich was wonderful! Warm pastrami with swiss and sauerkraut and a delicious house mustard sandwiched between two buttery pieces of bread. WAY better than the grilled cheese! One thing to note about this place is that they have a Beer Society. Drink all 40 beers(from a list) and you become a member for life and you even get your name written on a plaque. I’m glad I stumbled upon this little place. Hope to be back soon!
