This is the best pickup and delivery in Bay Ridge. Everything smells fresh and is folded just so, and they even pack up my no-​dry wash separately. Ken is great. Very nice prices, great service.

We used to do our own laundry. No more! They do pick-​up and drop off and the prices are super reasonable. They had no problem accommodating our request to use our own hypoallergenic detergent. Ken, the owner, is also super nice and very responsive. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

So this place appears to be under new management and it’s even better than it was before. It’s clean and they upgraded some of their technology to include printed receipts. The new owner is extremely friendly and very customer oriented.
Their prices remain competitive, which is great in terms of keeping their loyal customers.
They advertise a new phone number (the previous owner NEVER answered the phone!) and they indicate that they will answer if you call. They have a good sense of humor! :-)
Bottom line: great local bay ridge laundromat with very fair prices and quality service.
