This is my favorite Brooklyn-style pizza. I love OPII! I also love their garlic knots, eggplant rolls, calzone, veggie toppings. I eat these, and love em, but I also just love their plain slices. Nothing fancy, they just do the food right.

I feel like all Brooklynites always compare every slice of pizza they eat to their neighborhood slice. This is my neighborhood slice, this is my bias. My favorite. The Supreme slice is the thing to get.

I allways get regular pizza or pepporoni pizza from here and its allways good. The cheese to sauce ratio is good. Every now and then, i will get a slice thats too oily and thats why I give it 4 stars.

What happened to originals. Haven’t been here in few years pizza tastes horrible. They no longer use good ingredients they use cheap cheese, Tomato sauce taste like from a jar. Don’t go there so many better options in this neighborhood. Sorry originals but LAVILLA is much much better.

Great customer service, pizza is amazing: original slice is my favorite slice of any pizzeria. Supreme slice is great, penne slice also great. Been going here since I was a kid, all staff are very professional, quick, and friendly.

Its that typical Brooklyn pizza. It doesn’t taste Italian, this is not a fancy place were you take a bite of pizza and are like wow that was amazing. Its the place were Its late you are hungry and you want a quick slice of pizza with no expectations. Definiely not a huge selection of pizzerias in this area but I wouldn’t go back unless I needed to ie: friend wants to come back or really hungry. Good idea is to head to another pizzeria in the area despite paying a bit more for a slice drive a few minuites to the key food mall and get a decent slice from the pizzeria in that mall. Don’t want to advertise them on this Unilocal page but do your research. A good place if you just want some sauce cheese and dough. Definitley wasn’t impressed.

I can go to Bulgaria and buy pizza with my credit card, but not at this place. And the pizza is ok but nothing special.

Great pizza, lots to choose from. Always my go to place when I am on the way home from the beach. Also a nice place to stop by for a quick slice on the way home from Kings Plaza shopping mall.

I am an absolute pizza junkie. It’s an addiction. When it comes to pizzerias with slices, Originals is my #1. They make their pizza with thin crusts and lots of cheese — and extra crispy. Also I get easily turned off by tomato causes some are too sweet, sour or spicy — originals sauce is absolutely perfection! Go there and try it for yourself you wont be disappointed. :)

I travel a lot, and have eaten pizza in three corners of the world, but never this good! This place sets the bar high and it stays that way with everything they sell. I like pizza with mushrooms, and man was I glad I ordered. I also ordered a second slice and asked for garlic, and again was pleased. The locals know the place, the out of area people like me, we travel in for a taste!

Let me be straight. I only eat one thing here — The Original Supreme Pie — been eating it for 20 years. Still kicks ass today. The Supreme pie is unlike any I have ever had. Fresh mozzarella made daily and San Marzano tomatoes grace this slice, along with an ample serving of diced basil. This is not an every day slice, this is a special occasion item. The ingredients stand on their own, yet blend together perfectly. My only issue is the crust. It is almost cracker like and lacks the smokiness of New Park and Di Fara. If this pizza was made in a coal oven, there would be no stopping it. Photo credit to Hope Glassman.

I just enjoy their Caesar Salad Pizza, I have tried others but for some reason I think Original makes the Best one. I had also tried their regular cheese Slice, it s Okay. So when in the mood for My Caesar Pizza Salad Original is The Answer for my craving.

Love this neighborhood staple. I’ve been coming here and sitting in the same booth for over 20 years! Their plain slices are perfect! But the original supreme and white slice are favorites of mine as well. Wash it down with the perfectly made fruit punch. It’s been perfect for 20+ years, so you can’t go wrong. A new favorite of mine is the chocolate jelly ring Italian ice. It sounds weird, I know. I had to be talked into it, but it’s delicious! Treat yo’ self and enjoy!

Let’s first establish that this is a Brooklyn style pizzeria. You are not going to find thin-crust pizza or margherita pies or hipsters or fascinating décor… They’re known for their supreme pizza, which is a seemingly healthy take on a pie. But generally speaking, you come here for a slice, and said slice will melt in your mouth and satisfy every hot-cheese craving you have. I don’t like to rock the boat and try many other items, though. It’s a pizzeria. Aside from a calzone or garlic knot, I’m not relying on them for my Italian food fix. Come for pizza and you’ll leave happy.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! Disgusting food & horrible customer service. I thought the counter workers were nasty until I got home to start eating my rice ball to find a dead fly baked right inside. even nastier than the counter workers I thought to myself. Then I called to speak to the manager & the same worker answered the phone & said«I’m the manager» I KNOW exactly who the manger/owner is & this guy was not him. I gave this place one last chance to redeem itself & it failed MISERABLY. I will post the picture of the fly, think twice before eating here.

Its funny how I grew up on this and the other local pizzerias in this area, but as I grew older my palette has matured and longed for quality, fresh food. This place is not. This establishment is lucky it has its time put in and its location, or it would never last. They go off to charge for a regular slice at 2.50, which is ridiculous for the kind of ingredients used. I’ve had better dollar pizza. They get away with this because the people of this area close minded and do not know better. Better for this business, but not for the people.

If you want great Italian pizza, this us the location to visit. The staff are friendly and they open real late. So if you have the munchies, pick up them on the phone and make your order. Update: Their plain cheese pie is now $ 16 dollars.
