Andrew came and fixed our busted door lock in no time. I was stuck INSIDE my house, and they came within 15 minutes, and less than 20 minutes later I had a whole new lock and knob in place. I could tell they gave us a quality lock and I have had zero issues with it so far. The price was fair and I really appreciated the quick and discreet service.

Called this place early in the morning and asked if they could come later that day to swap a Medco lock and fix my other lock. Andrew gave me a small time window, and showed up on time. I let him do his thing and 25 minutes later he was done, made sure it was working, had me check that it was working, and told me to call him if I had any problems. He gave me a fair price and was overall a very nice person to do business with. I was happy to find out afterwards that he is one of the two licensed locksmiths in the Bay Ridge area.

Andrew is a professional in his role and well known in the community. His prices are reasonable and you get to engage in business with a pleasant person. When I called him he was available on the same day. He showed up on time and changed my lock in less than 20 mins

This was the first time I felt 100% comfortable with the person changing my locks. (Why does it usually seem like the shadiest people are in this profession?)
The man who came from Patty’s was very friendly and efficient, and the service was less expensive than others that I checked out. What more can I say?
