Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! The guy in front (receptionist) is beyond rude and not accommodating in the least bit. The waiting room is packed and I’ve been sitting here for over an hour and all they kept saying is 5 more minutes while they don’t even know who’s next or anything!

I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very easy to make an appointment, and location was convenient/​clean. The woman who took my blood did a good job but she could have been a little friendlier.

Don’t get a blood test at your family doctor, go straight to the source!
Your doc is just going to send the blood sample to these guys, so you are saving an extra co-​pay!
These guys work real fast and if you make an appointment for a certain time, you really can go at any point in that particular day! I was just told that today and had no idea.
Fast, friendly, efficient and cuts out the middle man, that’s all you can ask for (and saving a couple of bucks too).
