I’ve only ever ordered takeout from here but it’s been fresh and hot every time. Their pasta is on-​point, especially the Carbonara. It’s way more reasonably priced than other Italian spots in the area as well. Staff is friendly and helpful!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered a couple of pizzas and said they would be delivered around 8:30, an hour after 8:30 and nothing. Called them at 8:55 and they said it would be 5 minutes… tried to call at 9:20 and no answer… twice. AWFUL SERVICE and I will not be ordering from them again.

Best brick oven pizzas in the neighborhood! Love it! The margharita pizza is excellent! Go without any hesitation

Worst delivery time of any take-​out place ever! …not exaggerating.
Waiting over 2 hours on two different occasions. Even in the rain, pizza and wings should not take that long.

Pizza looked horrible like it was dropped, it was cold and took an hour to get to us… We live a block away. We went ahead and tried to reheat it but it was just discussing Gross… Really not worth it.

If I could give less than 1 star would. This was one of the worst run arounds Ive ever had from a business. I ordered a pizza at 6:30 after an hour and a half of waiting I called to ask where the pizza was. I was told it was on its way. An hour later there was still no pizza, I called again and was told the manager was delivering the pizza and I could talk to him. The manager did not deliver the pizza. I finally got in touch with the manager after 3 HOURS of waiting. I asked for a refund, they told me I had to call grub hub to get my refund. Grub hub called them and the same manager REFUSED to refund my money. On top of all that the pizza sucked, i ordered an Aloha pizza and literally got 10 teeny tiny slivers of pineapple. I will never order from here again.

Horrible horrible service! DO NOT order from here. It took me 3, yes THREE hours to get a pizza. When I asked for my money back they absolutely refused. On top of that the pizza sucked! Dont order from here.

Update: the business contacted me privately with a coupon code and an apology. A nice gesture, so I’ll try again. Seems like maybe they were just struggling that night.

Okay this place has been around for a lil while but they are still kind of new ! Ive heard the pizza here was great before and I tried it a couple months ago and it was great ! So I decided to have them deliver to me since none of my other pizza places were available ! The menu for this place is great lots of different choices but I decided to just go for a regular pie ! The reason I had to take off a star is because I ordered via grub hub and my food took forever to come and this place is down the block from me! The delivery guy was very pleasant I wish I got his name ! He has dreads he was really nice and helpful ! They need more delivery guys like him ! Anyway the pizza is huge ! That’s number one wish I took a picture ! It’s thin but not over whelming just perfect the only thing I personally hate is the thick crust I’m not a fan but other then that the pizza is pretty good and I would order again from there ! I also did call to check on my order when I noticed it was taking a while and the phone customer service was awesome ! He was honest and admired that they were backed up and my order is being take care of and u can tell they were working hard over there ! I give the pizza a 9.5 out of 10 I personally just hate thick crust pizza !

Ordered delivery. Never arrived, waited over two hours. Spent the last half hour trying to call them and they don’t answer. Will never order from them again.

I ordered the lasagna for myself, ziti with meat sauce for my partner and spaghetti with meatballs for my daughter. I must say it was more than enough. Not to mention how great it tastes. I used the Unilocal $ 15 for $ 30 deal. Unfortunately, I pressed redeem while trying to order online and it disappeared before I got to the restuarant. The lady was nice enough to honor it for me. I was over by $ 8 but only had my card on me. The minimum for cards are $ 10. I threw on a slice of pizza to make it $ 10. She was so nice and understanding that I tipped her for her great customer service. My partner was upset about the pricing of the food but quickly got over it after tasting how good it was. I will definitely keep going back.

Ordered delivery. The guy on the phone and I went over my order and address three different times so I figured all was well. Why they sent my food to the wrong place??? And then, rather than replace what was sure to be ice cold food (ordered calamari btw!!) they sent it on here. Ice cold. Probably would have been great with even a little heat but it wasn’t. Luckily cold pizza can survive. So it wasn’t a complete waste of money. Overall, let down.

I love this place! I order from them frequently.
My favorite thing to order is the friend calamari salad, which comes with fresh tomatoes, peppers and a vinaigrette. I also like the mixed rucola salad. Delivery time is reasonable and Grubhub is accurate. Now you can use Unilocal to order.
The restaurant is cute and clean. Gotta love that exposed brick. The food is outstanding and keeps me coming back.

The only reason they aren’t getting one star is because the food is actually good. But WHEN ARE THEY EVER OPEN FOR DELIVERY !? Long wait times whenever they do actually want to deliver and half the time they’ll act like they’re open but conveniently forget to tell online apps like Eat24 that they’re closed. Come on

I like the pizza here but LOVE the (expensive) lobster ravioli. I wish the portion size were more generous. The sauce is to die for. I usually save the extra sauce from the dish to put on regular pasta I make the next day. Yum yum yummy!
There are two big fat screen tvs and a few seats/​tables for eating in. The restaurant was very cold inside though. I went there with my 4 nieces and nephew and we were the only patrons to sit. Most people did take out though. Parking a pain but doable if patient on the side streets.

I ate in here with the girlfriend. It is very much a casual pizza place, maybe one tick nicer in the atmosphere department with the exposed brick and food plating.
I enjoyed all the food we had. The calamari appetizer was good and the «Ramagi» specialty pizza was good as well. I thought the pizza had a nice crust.
The biggest complaint I am seeing on here is the delivery time and I can see that being valid. We easily waited 45 minutes to an hour for our pizza and that is dine in. However, we weren’t in a rush and they did hook us up with some free garlic knots, so that was cool.
I would recommend this place for pick up or dine in if you are not in a hurry.

Delivery time is pretty bad. It’s just not worth 2 hours to wait for a pizza when so many other options are more convenient. After calling to check the status after 1.5 hours, they said it would be going out after the delivery guy got back. Really? Not even on the way by then. Based on reviews, it seems like they should start quoting longer wait times to manage expectations or only offer pick up.
If there were no customer service issues, this would be great. It’s too bad, but I don’t think I’ll try them again.

Used the $ 15 for $ 30 Unilocal deal for pick up. Good italian food.
Got the calamari — good.
Chicken parm — the cheese was a little weird but the chicken was tender and meal was enough for 2 if you get something else.
Calzone — really good, cheesy and nice bites of meat.
Would order again. They don’t accept credit card though.

Ordered the rustica pizza tonight. Last time I got it was a month ago, and it had a really rich, robust flavor.
Tonight, it had no flavor. The sauce was thin and watery, the pie looked undercooked. It tasted like a cheesebread and not a pizza.
I called the restaurant, and they simply said that it went out perfect, same chef as always, etc. Seeing as I’ve ordered many times from them, you would think an I’m sorry or $ 10 off the next order or something might have been in order to keep a loyal customer… would have appreciated at least «sorry to hear that» over «it’s all in your head»

So I ordered from Ramagi right after they opened and ordered again a few days ago and my opinion hasn’t changed: I like it.
The pizzas are really good, the delivery is «meh» though. I will say to make sure you have a snack because this isn’t fast food. I knew this, so it wasn’t a big deal. My pizza wasn’t that hot when I got it and my delivery guy had no idea what my apartment number was, even after I said it in Spanish, but whatever. It was cold, I was lazy.
The calamari we ordered was so good and well seasoned and was still crispy. The pizzas are pricier than Ben’s or any other spot in the Flatbush, but the taste is really great and you get a lot of pizza for your buck.
I always forget about them when I want takeout, but will try better not to next time!
