First, we have used this company in the past and they were GREAT. This time however, we ordered stickers for our stock to be used at a later date. The time is NOW and we found out we are missing all the odd numbers from 80 – 149.
We called them and the reply I got was we should have checked them when we got them. All 800 stickers WE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED. We trusted them to do that at production. Since we did not check it will cost US money to correct their mistake. To the tune of $ 139.95 minus a 15% discount. Nice.
We can no longer trust this company after this. SMT-56 778

If you have a business to run I wouldn’t count on this company.
Prices are good, but that’s about it. I’ve placed 4 orders with them and 2 of them had the wrong items. They were good about shipping new items, and, one on of the orders, let us keep the wrong item free of charge. The time wasted in waiting for the correct item is not worth it. My 5^th order hasn’t come and I’ve been waiting 17 days. I have made 4 calls to customer service to find out the status of my order. They say they’ll check into it and call back. They never did.
