I have to admit I was so excited for a Starbucks to open by my area. However, I was a bit distressed by the service given. I ordered a white mocha and you can see pieces of the milk floating amongst the ice. I told her I believe the milk is spoiled, the barista swirled it and said it’d be better, nevertheless it was the same. After some annoyance she agreed to make me a drink with a new unexpired milk. I’ve worked in the food industry and if a health inspector was around that would be points off. The other baristas were friendly especially the shorter young girl with blonde hair. She was helpful with my order and gave good recommendations. I think she was new since the others seemed to be giving her a hard time without offering her assistance. Treat your fellow baristas with kindness! Hopefully it gets a bit better The second drink I bought was well made and was created very well so with that I was pleased!

The worst service in a Starbucks I have ever encountered. I think some of them were hired just to fill a spot without a formal interview because these people would have never made it otherwise. Every time I go there I am insulted by the rude staff who don’t even greet you like you’re a human being. I went in yesterday and told the girl at the register my order and she literally rolled her eyes at me and was even more rude to my friend. She never cracked a smile or said a word to us, just stared blankly as we gave our order. Between our orders she was arguing with her co workers. She got both our orders wrong(probably on purpose). But this is not the first time. Every time I go there they get my order wrong or tell me that something costs extra. I worked at Starbucks and I know what costs extra and what doesn’t. I won’t be coming here again.

I ordered a cappuccino this afternoon. A customer — a person of Indian descent — made a bigoted homophobic slur in my direction. I called this person out. The staff acted as if I were a pernicious ‘thug-like’ element that invaded their environment. Always remember — you heterosexual black young woman(the Starbucks’ staff) — there are negative statements that can easily be directed towards you!!! Trust me, those Indian customers have implicit negative biases towards to as well. Of course, I returned my purchase. New York is not lacking in artisan styled coffee bars.

Staff accused me of stealing out of the tip jar. Chased me through Macy’s and rallied customers in line against me. Everyone started yelling until I gave the $ 10. I’ve never stolen anything in my life. Fuck you.

Customer service is good. She remade and volunteered to remake my entire drink happily because I told her it was too sweet. Love that !! They don’t have the typical concessions like the milk etc though so one star less for that !

It was okay. Though I think you should order the Green tea Latte rather than the Green tea Frappé. It’s SO much better trust me

I am a starbucks connoisseur! Like I really drink Starbucks daily, sometimes twice a day so I am qualified to discuss the beverage and food items at this particular starbucks. This location is inside of Macys and all the workers are teenagers, which is fine but they dont seem to get it right. I have patronized this location three times and each time the drinks had a slightly off, almost like a aspartame taste! No thanks! Not for me!

This is a pretty new Starbucks built right inside the front entrance of Macy’s in the Kings Plaza mall. It adds to the competition with a bunch of coffee/sweets shops inside this mall but there’s always room for Starbucks! The baristas are OK at this point but sometimes are impatient and ring you up before you complete your order. They have a decent variety of snacks like scones and bagels but I’m not sure if this location offers wraps or hot food. One thing to take note of, they claim to not have the ability to give you free refills on coffee or honor your free birthday drink.
