This place is awful, I stood at the counter with my boy friend for an unusually long time with no other customers in sight and 4 employees behind the counter, I wound up walking away with out anyone even asking to help me, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Great place. Necessary location. But I always seem to have some kinda issue. From not having any nutmeg, to purposely giving me the wrong brew (as if I wouldn’t know) because they didn’t have ready the one I wanted, to some of the staff’s less than great attitude. Solid 3 stars. I only stop by when I’m desperate. Howard Beach is way better… now

Kings Plaza Starbucks, where have you been all my life? And I literally mean all my life, because I grew up in this area, and only returned recently. Clearly I came back at the right time, because someone at the Starbucks company actually took my written plea about opening a real Starbucks in the Mill Basin area seriously. I just went this afternoon, and the line moved quicker than with most Starbucks locations I’ve been to, the service was very friendly, and the drink that I got, a tall Caramel Brulee Latte, pretty much exactly what I needed. My new favorite Starbucks!

This Starbucks just opened beginning of September. Great food, great service! They accept Starbucks cards and rewards unlike the Macy’s Starbucks upstairs so come on by to get your stars, a great cup of coffee before, during, or after your shopping, sit down in the comfy seating area and relax for a little while.
