An update from my previous rating: Things have changed since my last visit. This time I came for an eye exam to change the lens on my glasses. The front desk staff had difficulty with english and mistakened it for contact lens even though i pointed to the lens on my glasses. Now when I’m here to pick up my glasses, I was given attitude by an obese russian lady in her late 40s. She asked if I had an extra pair of glasses on then told me that’s why I needed one. I find this to be abusive and judgmental. After questioning me some more, she repeatedly told me that I had to wait. I’m a nice guy and I don’t mind waiting but I don’t appreciate her rudeness. I had to sit and wait 21 minutes despite having an appointment. Then when she was finally done chit chatting with another client, she told me that there might be a chance that the frame will break and she isn’t responsible for it. This is something that should have been told to me before the order for the lens are made. I’m paying $ 160 out of my own pocket and this is the service I am getting.
