My girlfriend and I stopped in here late one night and were the only customers. The man behind the counter greeted us and we ordered our subs. I ordered my usual Tuna, and my girlfriend ordered a Veggie Delight. I asked the man to do hers first because she is DEATHLY allergic to seafood and I didn’t want to risk any cross-contamination. He gave me an annoyed look and sighed. He must not have cared because he laid out two subs and began making mine. Mind you, there’s nobody behind us, there’s no reason to rush and make two at once! When I tried to stop him he took offense and said he wouldn’t touch hers. After he put the tuna on mine he touched his gloves to hers and said«What would you like on this?» He again took offense when I notified him that he just touched hers with his tuna covered gloves. I kindly asked him to start over and he sighed and mumbled something. I should have walked out right there. He then proceeded to make her sub with exaggerated gestures showing me he wasn’t getting near the tuna. He shared a moody comment on how I made him waste the bread. Are you kidding me?! Sorry I don’t want my girlfriend’s throat to close up! Avoid this place at all costs, especially if it’s after 8pm and you only see one person behind the counter.

I love Subway, and sadly had my first bad experience with the brand. I should have followed my instincts after seeing the warning signs. The employee or manager(unsure of his rank) was seated in the customer area as if on break, talking on his phone. I walked in and he immediately got up and went behind the counter to take my order while the phone was still on his ear. SERIOUSLY? Is that customer service? I ordered the footlong oven-roasted chicken sandwich on toasted honey oat with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, and honey mustard. If you could see how sloppily my sandwich was made, you’d be upset too to pay $ 7. The bread was falling apart and he just squeezed the chicken on the other side, which barely fit. He processed my order then went right back outdoors on his phone. The tabletops were not cleaned. I mean absolutely disgusting experience. Yes, it’s after normal business hours and it’s slow, but the sandwich still costs the same and therefore the quality of service should be high standard, as if it were noon time. I’ll stick to my usual locations.

this subway is new and clean. the guys running it do a good job. although i will say with all subways asking them to toast the bread you might as well just tell them to slightly warm the bread its pretty much all that happens.
