New management is terrible. all portions have been cut in half, all sushi sizes have gotten half the size. And there is less effort being put into the food. The sushi is pretty good but the sizes are just too little, you would have to order two rolls here to make up one roll in another restaurant.

Ordered thru grub hub a California roll it’s suppose to have a Vaca do and cucumbers. …all they put in it was cucumbers. …real nice of them. Also order beef pot stickers and the beef was super salty you couldn’t even eat it. Threw everything in the garbage. What a waste of money. I would rate them zero stars!

Ordered out from here once and the portion was pretty solid and so was the price and timing of delivery. When asked by a buddy to meet up I was quick to recommend«sushi royale» his food came and he was done earing by the time I had gotten mine although he got sushi and I got a legit dinner. The food was pret r decent but the portion shrunk from when I ordered take out and I payed more because this time it was passed lunch time and things go up in price and the service and quantity goes down.

This place is horrible. Not the food(which may be horrible, I don’t know because I didn’t try it), but the customer service/management. I walk passed this restaurant every day on the way home from work and rarely see people inside. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe most of their business was delivery. I ordered several sushi rolls after reading the menu the restaurant’s own website. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was charged $ 1 more per roll than the price listed on the menu. I explained that the price I was being charged wasn’t the price on the menu and the man(manager? he seemed to be in charge) said that the website was old and prices change. When I pointed out that advertising certain prices on the website and trying to charge more upon pickup was false advertising, he told me that he didn’t care whether or not I bought the sushi. Rather than adhere to his own advertised price, he preferred to waste an entire order, which I assume will be thrown out given the slow business the place gets and the specificity of my order, showing his poor business sense. Furthermore, he accused me of trying to destroy every mom and pop store in Brooklyn when I told him I wouldn’t be paying more than the advertised price. This was probably the most ridiculous interaction I have ever had with someone who is supposed to be in a customer service field. I live one block away from the restaurant, and could have become a regular customer, but instead will never go back and will warn friends and neighbors against giving business to these people. Good sushi is hard to find in this part of Brooklyn, but even if this place is good, it’s not worth the attitude of the staff.

I ordered sashimi quasadilla, falafel fusion, and a rickety tickety. I like to order the special sushi stuff because that becomes a meal or a really good tempura roll. Yum. Fresh fish. Cool presentation. Sometimes I stay but I usually take to go. I like watching them make my sushi. I haven’t ordered any meat yet cuz I keep craving sushi every time I get there. I’ll check back when I try a meat dish or a new sushi special dish. They never seem to have seaweed salad though. Bummer. But whatever. As long as they have my fave rolls it’s all good.
