T-mobile sent me to collections while I was still their customer and my account is in good standing… I have a zero bill, have never missed a payment, but have an open collection that they claim they can’t fix. I recommend you go with someone else. And their network sucks if you’re not in the city.

This is a great shop run by people with a decidedly pro-customer focus. Starters: We’ve been on Verizon for the last year after having been on AT&T in SF. In all of locations on all of these plans I’ve had the feeling that I’ve been getting screwed and that the quality wasn’t all that great. We’ve found that our usage is really based about _data_not anytime minutes or texts or anything else: let’s be grown-ups and measure our world in DATA. The whole binge-on thing was attractive as well as getting out of overages(we would 2 – 3 times/yr go over our limit and, while relatively rare, the punishment for spot-data purchase was just too much). So we did the research and T-Mobile seemed solid. Sadeya helped us and she’s a customer service ninja. Not only that but she’s multi-device, multi-OS fluent so she’d navigate one menu set on the old phone then do the test on the new phone. It was awesome. We even were there until a bit past closing on Christmas Eve but she didn’t quit until we were happy. Knowing I’m not going to get kicked in the teeth by VZW is a relief and with Spotify, Netflix, and Hulu covered under binge mode I’m going to be happy to use my network capability again. This is a great team with great customer focus: thumbs up to their management and their own initiative.

I’m a huge pain in the behind, especially when it comes to my iPhone, which has thousands of songs, over 6,000 pictures & over a thousand videos. My main issue is my iMac has no more storage, so I can’t back it up! Yes it’s a huge issue, and aggravating. My husband has been wanting to switch to t mobile for a while, it’s a lot cheaper than our AT&T bill which for two lines is over $ 300, we also travel a lot, and come back with a phone bill in the $ 700! I had no issue switching, I’m not that dedicated to a company, my only issue was having a new iPhone, because they couldn’t use the old one. Like I said I have so much that I didn’t want to loose. Jonathan Jones helped us, and promised me that my new iPhone will look exactly like the old one, he backed everything up, and switched everything over. To my surprise everything was exactly the same, even my apps & settings, which was a great relief for me! Not like I didn’t still have my other iPhone, but I wanted everything in the new iPhone. Everything worked out great! Jonathan had so much patience with me! And spend hours with us, thankfully everything worked out. Our plan is still unlimited everything, it’s cheaper, and my phone will work international without having the huge bill to come home too. Thanks to Jonathan jones for all your help! And also going to extra mile to give me his cellular number to reach him at anytime if I had an issue. Customer service at its best!

Great location! The manager Jorge and team really take the time to help. They helped me transfer my numbers from AT&T and open them under my business name. Their always so friendly and nice!

Bad service ever! My headphone has problems and I trying to exchange it. But they said, your headphone doesn’t have any problems. So we can’t exchange for you. Don’t come for this t-mobile!
