Not sure if every sales guy or the whole store lies to t-mobile customers. I was lied multiple time by the sales guy. He just wanted to over-bill me and he actually did. I pay almost $ 500 to $ 600 every month to t-mobile. Recently, I added two more lines in my plan with two expensive smartphones. The sales person lied and sold me accessories for smart phone. He said those are free in a bundle so I will be only paying $ 2 extra. Later, I was charged full price which is $ 80. Now I’m stuck, can’t return bcoz I used them already. I simply believe T-mobile folks. I did not know that they can disrespect their customers just to sell more. Just to sell $ 80 accessories, t-mobile lies. They do dirty business. The sales rep# is 8159198 who lied to just sell few accessories. They have no moral values.

Thank you T Mobile for getting rid of the kiosk. Before i could pay my bill and be out in 2 minutes like a selfish lover. Now i have to waste my time(a good 15 mins) just waiting to talk to an associate. I dont even like talking to a bank teller. I dont need them telling me crap i already know. There is no need for me to talk to an associate at a cellphone store just to pay my bill. Why dont i just sign up for automatic bill pay? Simple… i dont like my account to be trifled with. NEVER sign up for automatic bill pay for anything. I put up with this crap just because i dont want to put up with it during the weekend.

This is my second visit here never disappointment dealt with Eric in my opinion he is a very valuable employee went above and beyond to get me a new phone and helped me transfer all data. Went to the T Mobile store in Brighton that was a complete disappointment. thank you Eric.

Despite being a corporate store, store associate Max P. overcharged me over 50% for a SIM card($ 16.01 instead of $ 9.99.) Customer service credited me the difference after a call. Still pretty sketchy. I was switching from AT&T and instead of transferring my number outright, Max opened my account under a new number. This prompted another $ 15 charge, which customer service refunded. Great carrier, just avoid this location.

This place is a a scam and a joke came here three times for a promotional deal and was told that system down three times then the promotional deal we discussed was just told to me that It wouldn’t be honored. Poor customer service and too the employee mark thanks for nothing
