Very lazy staff I hope t mobile executives transfer them to Alaska. So they can hibernate. You can ask them fo help but they all stay in the back except when a friend walks in. Totally unprofessional.

Terrible customer experience! Standing in line for half an hour and it’s not moving. Behind me there is like 5 more people, when there are 2 more cash registers are empty. It’s not the first time I have problem with T-mobile store. They should really improve on customer service in general. Some of their staff can’t even clearly explain how some plans work. I give them the second star only because I am their customer and they have better price to offer.
