Good customer service when I was there, but they fraudulently signed me up for a $ 10 handset protection plan for a $ 50 phone. I would never sign up for something like that. No, I wasn’t confused. T-mobile ended up crediting it all back to me, but it was a pain in the ass. This location is owned and operated by an independent retailer and not T-mobile. Check your account the next day to make sure they didn’t screw you over.

Horrible experience! first of all the people who work there do not know what they are doing, um hello I am the customer and did not 1 sec felt like I was. the girl who unfortunetely tmobile haves as an employee did not know what she was doing, making tons of phone calls to ask what she needs to do. if you don’t know what your doing why be there. anyways im no one to judge but I waited one whole hour for her to tell me that she cant do anything about upgrading my phone! a transaction that takes only 10 minutes took her 1 hour in half to try to do and not get any results. I will most definetely not RETURN!!! WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER!!! I had to choose 1 star cause it didn’t give me an option to give ZERO if it did that will be my review.
