Just wanted to shoutout the doorman named Tim. Guy is so nice and thoughtful. Was on a first name basis the whole night. He deserves all the good that comes his way — give this man a promotion and a raise

One of Bushwick’s great new additions the last few years. It feels very much like new Brooklyn, but without being offensive. Great staff(Andrea is THEBEST!), ALWAYSGREATMUSIC, and they make perfect martinis. When I am in Bushwick to hang, or when I am asked by folks who are going out there where to hang… this place is one of the first ones I mention. Keep up the great work!

Great Space, Great Staff, Great prices, just a great bar. This is just another reason to come to Bushwick. If you have not made the trip out here yet Three Diamond Door is one of the reasons to make the trek. This is a place that makes me proud to call it my neighborhood bar, and I am a bartender so I rarely go to places I either don’t work or know someone who is working but this place never fails. The giant back room with comfy over sized booths, the large outdoor enclosed patio with wooden benches and the bar that runs the length of the space makes Three Diamond door perfect. This is a call to all who hasn’t been and to all the people trying to open fancy themed, weird, pretentious spots. Just open a bar… a space you would want to hang out in not one that you think people want. Good people, good space, good prices. Those are the three diamonds.

This place is great– it’s kind of the same vibe I get whenever I went to Union Pool– hugely social, good music, slightly divey feel and fun. And that’s all just the front room. I was SUPER psyched to see their back room, which is fairly new. If you’re not feeling like the meat market up front, the back room is beautifully chill, has it’s own bar, and makes you feel kind of like an insider(at least on the weeknights. The two times I’ve been in that back, the Irish bartender was great to talk to, and she had a fairly huge knowledge of punk. Every day is fairly well filled, so it’s my favorite place in Bushwick to party. But it’s so cool that you can go the back room if you’re not feeling that, and I’m really looking forward to summer, and their outdoor area.

This bar has a 50s diner vibe inside and a huge backyard patio area with lots of built in seating and they recently just opened a huge new room with a gorgeous bar and and a mega antique chandelier(and more bathrooms). Great place to chill with a group of friends or a great spot for a party. The staff is friendly and the drinks are solid. Great spot!

Used to love bringing the dog there then that policy changed. The doormen were rude and didn’t assist me in alternative arrangements. Too bad that was the only reason why I went there. If they had better customer service maybe I’d go there on my own but since they don’t and now they don’t allow pets I have no reason to be there.

Three Diamond door is easily one of the best bars in Bushwick. It has a great nautical décor on the inside. I especially love the ship oil paintings. And I am always a big fan of the vintage, small town feel. Plenty of seating at the window, in booths and even a large booth for a group of friends. Loved their«outside of box» design thinking. They used the old cigarette dispenser for the tap water. And on the best parts of the bar is the patio. The patio is very spacious and is surrounded in seating. There is always pups running around the place in happiness. I went this week and they recently opened the back bar. The back bar really took me back to the Northwest. There was tons of nineties music blasting from Belly’s «Feed the Tree» to Rage Against Machine«Killing in the Name». I loved the gigantic copper chandelier and the smell of polished wood in the air. The new bathrooms were a little tricky to lock but it’s nice they expanded the facilities too. More people always mean more runs to the restroom.

CUTEPOOCHIESEVERYWHERE! Drinks are cheap, and you can buy tacos from the restaurant next door and have it in the garden. Good vibes!

Really liked this little neighbourhood bar. The bar lady was really friendly which right off the bat was a nice intro. Inside, there’s a long bar that takes up pretty much the whole length of it which also gives it a nice ambience. They seem to have a really well stocked bar and a good range of craft beer. They don’t have food but you can order food from outside and eat it in there which is sweet. The back is where it really shines though — literally and figuratively! They’ve got a lovely outside space with really nice built in benches /furniture with tables in front. That’s a terrible description but it lends itself to a really chilled comfortable experience outside. There are also three lovely big trees that give the place an even more peaceful vibe. There were lots of people with dogs there too which speaks to the vibe of the place! Reminded me a lot of the Lucky Dog in Williamsburg — dunno if they’re of any relation?

This is a great bar for a first date: it has a super laid-back, almost dive bar vibe, and a beautiful backyard. Plus… it’s got a great selection of beer, liquor… and $ 7 Prosecco on tap! Any chill bar with prosecco on tap gets an A+ in my book.

One of the best bars in this area seating-wise. It’s so spacious and the vintage décor is beautiful. I find this to be the perfect bar to hang and talk all night with your friends-they play mostly punk and 80’s and the volume level allows for conversation. Very relaxed atmosphere and the perfect combo of divey and stylish. The blonde bartender was super cold to me, but otherwise nice service. The beer and shot specials are great. I had some tasty tequila cocktails as well. If you’re even slightly attractive, hipster dudes will buy all your drinks for you. Highly recommended.

The Three Diamond Door is a cross between a dive and the bar your mom and dad use to frequent – it has a retro, throwback feel but is still down to earth. Packed to the gills on a recent Friday night, the backyard was closed but my group got lucky and snagged one of those cool booths near the front. Bartenders were swamped but friendly. The menu is simple and cheap. The other patrons were on the younger side, and loads of dudes. Nice spot for a no frills drink!

This bar is great, always hopping and they let patrons bring their pups. It is one of my favorite bars in the area. Many of the staff members are nice enough, if not a little flustered at the thirsty crowds that can show up out of nowhere. I have had a couple of bad experiences with one particularly nasty bartender — I don’t know if he means to be a dick or if he is just always flustered but he isn’t pleasant to order from. Maybe it makes him feel better to make people feel stupid or something — maybe he is just sick of drunk hipster assholes and shares the wealth. In any case, I tend to avoid his shift which sucks because that particular time is a great time to visit this bar(I won’t mention the actual shift as I don’t want to call someone out so publicly and specifically). Anyway, it is an upscale dive-ish bar and they have a lot of beer on tap. Prices are moderate and the booths are comfortable if you can grab one.

When this bar first opened it gave me special feelings inside, unparalleled by any street drugs of my youth. Now it’s filled with former frat boys and frowny faces. I don’t feel comfortable eating Ethiopian cuisine in they bathroom no more.

I really liked this bar. First of all, it was cheap. They had Modelo on tap for $ 4 during happy hour. The bartender was attentive and friendly, though not big on small talk, which was perf because I hate small talk. There was a group of people having a dog birthday party, which I found very strange, but it’s nice that dogs were allowed inside. It was a bit chilly(at least for a Texas girl) outside, but they looked to have a really great patio. They don’t serve food, but allow you to bring it in. Overall, if I ever find myself in the area again, I’ll probably find myself back at this bar. Oh, I should note: I was really psyched about the prosecco on tap, and I specifically asked if there was no issue of it getting flat. The bartender said no and equated it to beer not getting flat which kind of makes sense. Anywho, the prosecco was flat. Not a big deal, but I wouldn’t order it again.

This place is horrible. My friends and I went in for post– Electric Run 2014 drinks, and we will never go back. First of all, it was loud and crowded. We walk up to the bar to order drink for out group of 5. One of my friends still had on her race gear which included a small blinking bracelet. One of the bartenders, 30’s, blond, with pigtails and straight cut bangs, ignored all of our attempts to get her attention. My friend said excuse me about 3 – 4 times, and we thought«okay maybe it’s too loud». NOPE. She looked at my friend dead on and turned away. Obviously by now, we’re pissed. She finally comes back and says«Maybe I’ll serve you when you turn the fucking bracelet off.» I HAVENEVERBEENSPOKENTOINTHISMANNERBYANYONEINTHESERVICEINDUSTRY. Her coworker comes over and ask us if we would like to order and we explained the story. She kindly tells my friend that she has epilepsy and the light may exacerbate her condition. My friend turns off the light immediately, no problem. We order prosecco(which wasn’t great), and then ask for our bill because we can’t stay in there any longer. My friend and I ask the sweet, dark haired bartender, if we can JUST tip her. Sadly we can’t. My friend specifically said she didn’t want the blond getting any of her tip. period. As we head out of the bar, my boyfriend hears the blond woman call us «fucking bitches» as we leave the bar. Of course we went back in and had words with her. Funny thing is the bouncer APOLOGIZED for the issue we had after my boyfriend explained the situation. This treatment was outrageous, and that woman needs to be fired. And yea, I’m sure I’ll be accused of «pulling the race card», but 2 black women in a bar full of white ppl… and we’re the only ones getting treated like this. I will never go back to this HIPSTERHELLHOLE.
