To the credit of the company their costumer service dept reached out to me rather quickly. The costumer service rep took my experience seriously, was very interested in my input hoping to use it to help other customers from having a similar experience in the future.

I called their toll free number & spoke to a lady who seemed very unprofessional. I made an appointment anyway, because I read that they were good. Two nice men showed up & cleaned the carpet unsatisfactorily. After they left, I noticed that the carpets were not cleaned so well. I also noticed that the receipt had another company’s name on it. They must have jobbed out my business.
