The service and level of professionalism at this Verizon store is first class. Boris was able to recommend a user friendly and perfect phone for my techie-​challenged parents earlier this Summer. A few weeks ago, my phone died and he was able to rescue over 2K pictures and videos. I am very pleased with this team’s service and latest phone recommend for me. I couldn’t believe how well I was treated here. I came in very stressed and searching for a solution to what I thought was an inexplicably broken phone. I was all set to purchase a new phone, but they looked at my old phone and fixed it in two seconds. I offered to pay them for fixing the problem and they wouldn’t take anything from me because they said they are a neighborhood store and that is what they’re there for. Wow. I was blown away by their kindness, their professionalism, and the overall way they treat their customers. This is the only store I will go to for any future phone needs.

Boris and the rest of the team are incredibly helpful and awesome. I came in wanting a phone that had great battery life and would be compatible with my family and girlfriend’s phones. Rather than just pushing me towards one phone, Boris explained the options across all phones and gave me more knowledge about my new iPhone 6s and battery life for all phones.

Usually, going to a Verizon store is a really aggravating experience — there’s a long line, they’re never helpful and it’s generally a big headache. Not so at this particular Verizon store. Boris, the manager, and his colleague Jonathan were helpful and thoughtful about my phone issue. Jonathan helped me think about my plan options, and, when we had to pull data from my old phone to the new one and the process took a long time, they both stayed there until the job was done… even though it was an hour after closing! Both guys were professional and knew what they were doing. I’d definitely recommend coming here for Verizon/​phone issues.

I walked into the Verizon store on 105 Court Street today (after reading the reviews here), since I’m thinking of getting my first smart phone. Although there were two other customers already there ahead of me, both actually buying something, and although I explained I was only looking to ask a few questions, I was still treated with courtesy & respect — and given some very useful information about what I might not be able to do with a smart phone that I thought I could. Meanwhile the other customers were also cared for. Unlike many stores, this one seems to be all about customer service for the long run — and not just a quick sale. Very impressed!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this store. Boris and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful, patient, and courteous. They take the time to answer every question and make sure you understand all of your options, and they go out of their way to make sure you end up with the plan or phone that saves you the most money. I have never seen such exemplary customer service and I hope that Verizon recognizes this gem of a store and what an asset it is to the Verizon brand. I could not recommend this place more, and I go out of my way to come here even though I am frequently by other locations for work.

This store delivers great customer service. They acknowledge you when you walk in and are very knowledgeable about the products. There is a store much closer to my home but I choose to use this one because of how well they treat their customer and how helpful and informative they are.

Walked in during my lunchbreak a couple of days ago when I had an issue with my phone. The store could almost be overlooked from the outside if it wasn’t for their flag I would’ve walked right past it. There were only a couple of people there, one of the reps looked up gave me a smile, quickly said hello and asked me to give him a couple of minutes. That guy’s name was Boris, within literally 4 minutes, I kept track, he came by and managed to help me out with a super annoying volume issue I had with my android. Most importantly he did that without any sort of stupid pushy sales pitch or anything else that most of these stores are known for. Boris did a superb job, 100% coming back here in the future when I’ll be an actual paying customer.
