I have always had a great experience in this store. I come here a lot lately with mailing packages. The girl behind the counter is helpful.
Not overly friendly but helpful and that’s what keeps me coming back. Great supply of packing supplies. Overall a good experience. Helpful employees, just maybe more friendly and smile. A smile goes a long way. Will always use them, they are minutes from my home so that’s huge!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a print/​mail service. Called ahead of time to make sure they had wifi so I could access the material I needed to print before I drove 30 min out of the way. They said «no problem». I get there and they refuse to give me the password for the wifi. What printing service company in 2015 doesn’t allow their customers access to wifi??? They offered to let me pull up my personal email on their public computer… which I will never do. I don’t input my personal information and passwords into public computers for any reason. Then the ladies behind the counter snarkly shrugged their shoulders and said «see ya». Awful experience… awful service… awful attitudes… completely unhelpful. This place is operating in the dark ages.

This guy went above and beyond for me, helping to bring my boxes in from the car, and tape them up, all for free! You can’t ask for better service than that. I made sure to buy my tape here instead of walmart, because I don’t think fedex pays them a cut of the shipping cost.
