Terrible service here! I went in for a spray tan and the girl was on a personal phone call, she turned her back to me to finish this phone call, while I waited. That is not customer service! Just have had awful times here! Have had to wait 15 – 20 minutes each time when I am the only person in line.

Terrible experience here on almost every visit. They spelled my name wrong when I signed up and then couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Then every time I went in it would take at least 10 minutes just for them to try and find my account. Not sure if they have a terrible system that isn’t user friendly or if employees aren’t trained well. Either way, management needs to figure it out.

My first time at ATB in Broomfield was a great one. They guy that greeted me was very outgoing, funny, and had a positive vibe. I’m an out of state tanner, so this is always great to see! I’ll definitely be returning to this location again today!

I have been a customer of ATB for over a year, and I’ve always received an outstanding tanning experience and amazing service. I’ve tried other salons in the area and ATB is by far the best. They have a vast array of beds at all different price levels. The 360 is my favorite! This is a really great place and they have no contracts! Thanks ATB!

I never had any issues here. I got a subscription for monthly tanning here after my first son was born in December, To help ward off some of my baby blues. Place was always clean and ready, and the employees were always helpful. There was only one occasion in which I had to wait in the lobby and it was not long. I got to try the big fancy bed which was nice. Wasn’t too much a fan for the spray tan but that’s just personal preference– only got that because it was free. The products they sell are very overpriced and they do not provide sample cups. So bring your own eye protection and skin protectant if you don’t want to end up stuck paying for their products.

Front desk staff and manager is terrible to deal with. If you want to deal with teenagers and people who don’t care about customer service, visit this place. They care nothing about you, aside from a commission for signing you up on a monthly plan. If I ran my business this way, I wouldn’t have any customers. If you sign up for a month and decide to cancel, you will need to contact your credit card company to stop the monthly charges. The company will also refuse to refund any past charges made between the time to requested the cancellation to the point of contacting your Credit Card company to STOP payment on the canceled service.
