I hired Case Inspection to perform radon testing on a home I was purchasing.
Working on a short time schedule with a tenant-​occupied property, Bob set the radon testing equipment up on a Friday to be picked up the following Monday.
When removing the equipment, Bob noticed that the tenants had not maintained a closed testing environment. (They had blatantly ignored the rules which stated that all doors and windows needed to be kept shut through the weekend.)
Bob was understanding of the situation, giving me his personal cell phone number. When I got in touch with him, he offered to set up the radon test again whenever the previous tenants had moved out (at no additional charge).
Having had nothing but positive experiences with this company, I would look to Case Inspection for all of my home inspection needs in the future.
