Coach Flatiron

These ladies are absolutely amazing!!! Isabel the manager has the most outstanding customer service I have ever encountered! She went above and beyond to assist me in my search to find a specific bag I had wanted that was literally sold out everywhere! She searched aimlessly and found it for me all the way in Sarasota, FL. I cannot thank her enough. You ladies are the reason I love coach so much. Quality bags and quality service. I’ll be back to purchase again soon!!!

Top notch customer service! The women at this store are the reason I keep coming back. Most of the stores I have gone to act like it’s a hassle to help me, but they are the complete opposite there! In my next life I may own multiple Coach bags but in this life it’s strictly look and no buy for now.
I love these stores and all the bags on display. These are quality bags with great design and unique to Coach.
The customer service here is pretty out of this world. There when you need them and super helpful with anything you need. For those stores that need help with their customer service I recommend you come here and observe the experts in action.

I bought a handbag online from Coach and I needed to return it and had to go to the Coach store at flatiorns mall. The people working there were one of the friendliest, helpful sincere people I have ever dealt with in a store in Colorado. They were patient, helpful and gave me no problem returning the handbag. I would definatly shop there again.

Awesome customer service and support!

I’ve bought about a dozen handbags and lots of jewelry from the Coach store in the Flatiron Crossing mall, so you could call me a fairly regular customer. I really appreciate the quality of Coach bags and the fact that the company stands behind their work. I also like the price points of most of the bags, allowing me to get a bunch of different bags instead of one expensive bag.
But the bags aren’t what make this store so great. It’s the people who work there. I stop in whenever I’m at the mall, just to see what’s new. They all remember me by name, and they remember what they sold me over the years. It’s always like visiting friends when I set foot in the store. I actually feel guilty when I’m at the mall but I haven’t stopped by to say «hi.»
Taking this a step further, they also remember what I’m looking for. For example, I was searching for a blue bag last year and Coach just wasn’t making the type or color bag that I like. No biggie, I enjoy the hunt. But when Coach got a blue bag in I actually got a call from them so they could let me know. I didn’t even set anything up – they did it as a courtesy. And they remembered that I don’t like silver hardware, too. Who provides customer service like that anymore?
The people who work at the Coach store in the mall, that’s who. I had to write a review to let them know that it’s appreciated. Thanks, all!
