I’ve been to this store numerous times now all thanks to Bailey. My first visit was a nightmare and the girl helping me wasn’t listening to what I wanted. She picked me out jeans that weren’t my style at all and then pushed me to buy them because they would look «absolutely great» on me. She then was rude; very poor customer service skills. I left thinking I’d never come back. A few months later, I decided to give this store another shot, and it worked out for the best. Bailey was very understanding to what I wanted and picked me out exactly that. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything. I have now bought numerous items from there. I only go if I know Bailey is working because she’s great.

My fiancé and I come here often… need to check in more! We absolutely love the sales associates. Shouts out to our girls Bailey, Brandy and we miss you Nicole! Mason always worked with my fiancé and we never left the store without a full shopping bag of clothes jewelry boots you name it, they have everything! Awesome can’t begin to describe the outstanding customer service. Thanks for such a pleasant experience. See you soon!

Small store for all the people in it but the store associates were very helpful and friendly to me. I wanted to try a few new brands I looked up online and they helped me find the styles on the shelf and also to find the right size for me as I had not been jean shopping in a LONG time. Overall no complaints.

I’ve definitely experienced better Buckle stores. In fact almost every buckle store that I’ve gone to, was better than this one. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that at the time.
Not only was the salesgirl unhelp-​ful, but she was also pushy and continued to bring me things to try on that I was not interested in. I know the employees make comission, but back off please. Also, they do NOT have mirrors in the dressing room. I really don’t want to walk out of the dressing room everytime I try something on. This store seemed cluttered and the lack of mirrors in the dressing room was baffling.
Buckle, you have the best jeans but I’ll be shopping at your other locations.
