I often pick up pizzas from Marco’s as my grandma loves it — and I realized yesterday that every single time I have been in, the customer service has been great. The employees have always been super friendly both on the phone and in the store. Much appreciated!

The pizza is great if they get your order right. It feels like a slap in the face giving them money though since they are so rude on the phone. They really need to get someone in there with some soft skills… I

Let me say the pizza was god and it was right. The issue is the service. Asking questions about this company’s menu should be strictly prohibited. They treat you like your nuts. I thought it was just me but then we picked up the pizza and they were insulting to my spouse. So sad.

Ok, first off I must say I do like Marcos Pizza and think it is better than most of the chain pizza places.
The downside is, at least at the Brownsburg location, they almost always get the order wrong. Not just a little wrong, but a completely different pizza.
I am vegetarian. I am currently sitting here waiting now as they remake the pizza.
They gave the excuse that sometimes the computer just picks the last order. Really? Even when I state twice what it is i am ordering?
Too bad. They have a good product.

Cheesy bread is always a guaranteed hit with the kids, although every now and then it’s a little under done.
