We use Admiral for all our tailgates and live events. Enough to tell you without question they are the best catering available in town. The service is always top notch and they take pride in the fact it’s different from all the other options out there. No «rubber chicken» here. They’ve served us Breakfast tacos, a good ol’ southern fish fry, seared injected pork loin, the list goes on and on. Give them the creative freedom to rock your socks off and you won’t be disappointed. They always show up when they say they will with smiles on their faces. We also use their bar service when they cater for us and we know our guests will have a great time. Worth every penny.
