I just want to let the corporate office know that because of Mr. Darwin at the denver mattress bryan tx store my husband and i have decided to give you guys a second chance on your mattresses. We had a situation come up about a mattress we purchased in the past and he took it in his hands to not only solve our problem but to help us find a better mattress that my husband and i could both agree on. His customer service was out of the water outstanding and he made it a point to explain to us what what each mattress was good for and made sure to find one that could fit our pocket book. It is because of him that we have decided to stay with you guys and will continue to do so in the future. I hope this message can get back to him. Thank you guys for your customer service, taking our problem into your own hands, fixing it, and for not letting us walk out the door. Darwin is an amazing guy and i want him to be recognized for outstanding his customer service, kind heart, and patience. You deserve 10 stars and i would also like to thank jerome from the denver Colorado location for calling me back 5 minutes after i posted to their Unilocal page he also took care of my situation and directed me to the right people. We ran into problems with delivery and to make sure we received our mattress two salesmen used a personal truck to deliver it themselves!

Buying a mattress in College Station during August makes you only one of over 10,000 new students moving to town with their parents in tow. Wife and I have been shopping for a mattress for the last week by hitting every place that sells them, and it’s been fun watching the huge surge in other customers.
Denver Mattress is a name we like as we recently saw some of their original locations in Denver and Boulder, Colorado. One thing that stood out is that they have a line of their own mattresses made in Denver, Colorado. They do run lower by hundreds of dollars. Prices go from about $ 600 — $ 4000. While the service was nice an friendly, we decided to go with a locally owned company instead of a giant chain. As with the previous Unilocaler, Marisa we ended up making the purchase at Mattress Sleep Center on Harvey Rd right by the mall.

Our salesperson was barely helpful. The mattress we wanted wasn’t in stock and he didn’t offer to ship it to us or let us know when it came in stock — I could tell he just wanted us to buy the more expensive mattress option. So we left and went to Mattress Sleep Centers instead and were welcomed by a salesperson who went out of his way to help us get a mattress that day for a good price.
