From the moment we arrived until we took delivery of our truck, Sam Moore went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was professional yet personal and was always more than happy to grab another set of keys and embark on yet another test drive. The level of respect and trust from Sam and the management/​finance (Larry Hollingsworth & Christopher Makowski) office through the whole trade-​in and buying process made it clear to us that we would not even think of going anywhere else at the time, and for our future purchases. I went to buy parts today. The parking was extremely limited. The parts department (or «building», as it is for many dealerships, but not here) is ‘tricky’ to spot, and only a section within another building… so be on the lookout for a tiny sign by the door, and be careful not to hit their new cars because there is no real seperation between the «for sale» and «us».
The service was pleasant, but inefficient and almost redundant. But if you are patient then you’ll finally come to completion and be gone. Just be careful about negotiating the tight spaces between the new vehicles crammed in everywhere.

I will give the sales service five stars. Kelly Donahue was great he listened to what me and my husband wanted. I would not give the Service Department five stars because I have to call and remind my service advisor to order the parts to my car, and I have to call her to see if it has came in yet. I have had this problem before at another dealership and I was hoping I wouldn’t have it at Lithia

We had an outstanding experience at Lithia! We have never purchased a jeep before so we were hesitant in the beginning. We showed up shortly before closing time just to glance at a car and although it was late, Devin greeted us with a smile and made us feel at ease with the process. He was very informational and a wonderful gentleman! Larry also stepped in to help us the process and gave us an amazing deal! I left feeling very excited about my purchase and my husband and we both felt that the staff was fabulous. Even the finance manager made the paperwork process less painful by being so nice :)

This was the most stress free car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We just came into look and we ended up buying the new car the next day. Kevin Roby did an excellent job and he is one of the reasons that we ended up getting a new car. We will be back for future cars

My Parents bought my first Jeep from Lithia. We received excellent customer service and when we decided to trade it in we knew we would keep coming back. I traded my Jeep in for a 2013 Chrysler 200 and once again we had the best experience! Shay B. was our saleswoman and she made the process comfortable in every way for me. I have gone shopping around at other dealerships in Bryan/​College Station and Lithia has been the only one that provides great customer satisfaction. I am happy with my new car and was very happy with the first. There parts and service department has always treated us right every time. The whole staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond. I will definitely continue to go back!

Totally outstanding garage. Will never forgive myself for not having a camera ready as finding a custom silver viper V10. Got to listen to that sound for a while. Nice.
Never heard anything that perfect from an american rod.
I dropped off a 2012 Chrysler 200 with 24k on it that was spilling oil like BP and the car was surrounded by managers and professionals in just seconds, as they were expecting it. Top Notch.

Drove from Fort Worth to buy a new Jeep from Chris Makowski. Great experience, love the new Jeep! Highly recommend!
