What a great find! The RV park is located just off a main Bryan roadway (W Villa Maria) yet the surroundings are ideal. The whole left side of the park backs up to a huge meadow where horses roam free and the wind gently bends the coastal grass back and forth. Colorful birds abound. The park is well maintained, clean, and in a quiet country setting. There is a large fenced in doggie park area in the back, and a laundry mat, shower and restroom at the front office area. The park is not paved with concrete yet, but the base is plenty firm and drains well. The owners are just next door and keep an eagle eye on the place. We have been parking our RV there for over a month and love it!
