Nice waitress but cold food and slow service. We arrived starving and were immediately seated. Things went downhill from there. We waited and waited, finally flagged down a waitress to ask who was supposed to be serving us. She got our waitress who apologized profusely and offered us a discount. She was very nice but when we finally got our food it was cold. The potato was firm and didn’t even melt the butter. We thought this restaurant had improved because we’ve had 3 good experiences in a row. We were finished half eating our food when I started this review and we are still waiting on the bill…

Has Roaches. Went here a few weeks ago w/husband. The food was actually decent(Salad was very fresh, appetizers were better than your average chain steakhouse and the loaded sweet potato I got as a side was very good) The steak itself was tough and pretty sub-par, but the rest of the meal made up for it. I was prepared to rate this place 4 stars based on the food and service we got. That is until my husband noticed a roach crawling on the wood-paneled wall about 6 inches from my face. I was horrified, but didn’t want to make a scene. He had finished his meal, and I was about 80% done with mine. Our waitress must have noticed something was wrong(she was very attentive) and came right over. When I explained the situation, she went to talk to a manager. So we were left to wait. Mind you this whole time we’re standing up by our booth — Not wanting to sit for fear of more roaches, and also not wanting to walk away or make a scene for fear of people thinking we were dining and dashing… so we wait… several minutes. She comes back and says that they will discount our meal, which neither of us thought was reasonable. More time passes(at least 20 minutes from the time the waitress first notified the manager) before a manager causally walks over and offers to comp the meal. The manager’s 20 minute response time, combined with the level of nonchalance(is that a word) she had about the whole thing, and the fact that at first she only offered a discount — indicated to me that complaints about roaches are probably a pretty common occurrence. If I had been at any other restaurant and noticed a roach, a manager would have been at the table in a matter of seconds. Not left us standing awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant for 20 minutes. We quickly left and won’t be back. If you eat here, check the wood walls… there are ½ inch gaps between each of the wood panels and they are caked with food — which means its just a breeding ground for critters. I’m just editing this to add: Logan’s did reach out to me via Unilocal and I provided them with my contact information. I never heard back from them. This makes me highly suspicious that this type of thing may be a common occurrence. I would stay away from this establishment.

I went there with a friend. I ordered a 8 oz. sirloin medium well. It came and when I cut it blood came oozing out and the inside was red and raw. So they took it back to cook more. It came back and it was better but medium rare. I sent it back then of course when I finally got the steak it was burnt outside and well done inside. Medium well is suppose to have a pink center. I have tried to eat there several times before but they always have something not right. The steak would have been good if they had someone who knew how to cook steaks. I won’t be back. Texas Roadhouse is so much better.

This place has a systemic problem, unfortunately. I’m a local resident and I’ve eaten here about six times over the last two years or so. Each time the experience has been dismal. I guess I keep expecting that the prior experiences were flukes and that this time, I’ll get good food, but that’s not been the case. This meal tonight was the worst so far. Their signature steak, The Logan, was beyond well done. It was burnt and not the medium order I made. I received another in less than 2 minutes on a busy Friday night. As you might expect, it was rare on one side and well done on the other. Sigh. And no onions and no sides. They arrive maybe five minutes later. This was after a 30 minute wait with no appetizers. Really? And people think this is good food? Come on. Seasoning is sparse, resulting in bland food. I promise in never going back!

Not too happy with the service, very, very slow and it was not too busy at all. The bartender was attentive.

Food is always prepared well, service is fine & easy location… They had quite a bit of issues when they 1st opened but has been pretty consistent for us. Nothing inspiring necessarily but typical chain restaurant fare. Not sure why the low rating? Unless it’s 1 of the other couple of franchises that serve similar food, trying to drum up their own? ;-) Actually, that might not be far from the truth… Logans steaks, wings, etc. are definitely superior to the other couple places!

An undeniable travesty of an experience! From the get go, the host was unresponsive when I greeted HER. She sat my buddy and me at a table with a slack-jawed disinterest. After receiving our drinks we ordered two happy hour appetizers and our entrees. After ordering our waiter informed us that the steaks we wanted ran out. So we changed our orders. He then returned 5 minutes later, without the appetizers, to inform us that they«missed the delivery truck» and didn’t have the steaks for our revised order. So we changed our order again to accommodate the restaurant’s ineptitude. After out waiter left we asked for some bread. After its arrival, minus plates, we had to grab silverware from another empty table. He then returned with our entrees, but it wasn’t until we mentioned the missing appetizers that he took noticed and asked whether or not we still wanted them. REALLY? Luckily the kitchen did a good job on our steaks. Then to top it off our split bills were calculated wrong, even though we made that known prior to ordering. Although we came in on a Sunday night, the restaurant was empty. That should have been the first sign. Don’t waste your time or money here. The staff was disinterested and inattentive. I should have heeded the warnings on Unilocal

Never again! Waiter hated his job. We got our appetizers and first round of drinks. Waited a hour then they realized we never got our meal. If the waiter would have come back to check on us he would have known this. We took our drinks to the bar for a refill. Then our food was burned. Manager did take that off the bill but not worth the time or money for what we did pay for. Would give No stars.

Mediocre food, generic atmosphere, and adequate service. This is just another sad example of an uninspired chain restaurant. I have been here 3 times, ordered 3 completely different items, and can’t think of anything good to say about the food other than it looked somewhat like what I ordered and was warm. Comparing it to a Texas Roadhouse(closest competitor I can think of), this place doesn’t even compete. I say this and also say that you aren’t likely to be blown away by a Texas Roadhouse. That being said, Texas Roadhouse, Outback, or even Chilis would be a better option.

Ate for the first time at Logan’s in Bryant this past Thursday. I arrived about 3pm, well after the normal lunchtime, so it wasn’t crowded at all. An off-duty waitress entered the same time that I did, and greeted and seated me, and the waitress for my table arrived promptly. I placed my drink order and it was quickly filled. My Caesar Salad was fine, as well. Ordered the ribs as an entrée. When they arrived, they were plenty tender but were covered in way too much BBQ sauce, for my liking. Once I scraped off the excess sauce, they were fine. There was one waitress that fancies herself as a singer — she’s not. Her loud voice knocked my rating down one notch. My overall ratings: Service: 8 — 3 = 5(subtracted 3 for the bad singing) Food: 5 Don’t think I ‘ll go here again.

Service was slow and weak. Took three tries to get ranch dressing for the cheese sticks.(The wife and Girlchild like it, go figure). My filet with cream peppercorn sauce was done as ordered, and quite tasty, but my wife’s ribeye had a week’s worth of salt, and the shrimp was just as bad. Asparagus was tasty. Overpriced. Overall, fair food, too costly, and poor service. Oh, the Curious Traveler lemon shandy is delish.

good food. relaxing environment. drinks taste good. service is friendly however, all 3 times i went the wait time was very long considering the restaurant was not very busy. will return from time to time. dont recommend taking a toddler here due to long wait time on food and can be hard to keep children entertained that long. good place for adults who are not in a rush.

Their drinks are excellent! Wait time is a little on the long side for the food. It’s a very relaxed, laid back environment and the servers have always been friendly and attentive.

Thankfully we ordered an appetizer, because the wait time on our lunch was crazy long. With as much time as it took to get our food out to us one would think the French fries would still be edible. I ordered a basic cheese burger well done and my lunch date ordered a 6oz steak medium. Well, my burger came medium and her steak came well done. And let’s not talk about the 20 minute wait to be seated when over half the restaurant was empty.

They don’t know how to cook food. They obviously don’t care about customers and do the minimal amount of work they have to. Their ribs are tough it’s like eating a cardboard box. Their cheese dip taste like melted spray cheese. I would never recommend this place to some one I liked. Maybe if I wanted you to get food poisoning for a few days…

Food was overly salty. They got my order wrong, then asked«we do you still want the vegetables you ordered, or is the rice ok?». Never proactively offered a beverage refill, we had to ask each time. Next time we will make the 20 minute drive to another steakhouse further from home. In this case proximity does not equal quality

Went to Logan’s last night for a Kid’s night out dinner with my wife. Service was slightly subpar. The waitress never picked up our menus and never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. I ordered a ribeye medium well and salad. I was not asked what dressing I wanted and had to ask for dressing once the salad was brought out. Once the ribeye came out it was obviously well done(brown through and through; should have had a bit of pink in it). Also the steak was a bit tough and I really had to saw through it to cut it up. Once our food was delivered our waitress evidently forgot about us until the next time we saw her which is when she brought us our check.

Great yeast rolls served with meal, Loved the grilled vegetable on skewers, tomato, mushroom, onion and zucchini. Peanuts you throw on the floor.
