Questionable service. I came here while I was going to strings international camp because I needed new strings. I know my cello is good because my teacher, who also went to cello making school for a little bit,(and has many other distinctions as a cello player) picked it himself and told me it is a bargain for the $ 3.5 thousand dollars I payed for it. In fact the conductor singled me out for its broad sound and called it a yo yo ma cello once. Despite this the lady decided that she would try to make a bit of extra money. She tried to tell us how terrible the cello was. She tried to claim her rental cello were better and that I should rent a cello from her for the rest of the festival. Actually the cello just had mediocre strings on it and the pegs were hard to turn, but this has nothing to do with how good the cello is. This is not how you do business.
