Had an amazing ride on absolutely fantastic bikes! Very friendly and helpful staff who put a lot of care into their work and their bikes. We’ll look forward to being back in the future to grab those plus size bikes and see familiar smiles ;). (The plus size bikes are very worth the extra $ 10, by the way. Nice thick and knobby tires with serious adjustable suspension)

We rented bikes here to go to the Deep Creek trails for the day. We are not overly experienced but Diane set us all up, explained everything, and helped us understand all the trails and their levels. REALLY nice rental bikes and gear!
Andy and Diane were very accommodating with our schedule and circumstances and we couldn’t appreciate it more! This is THE bike shop if you are looking for some mountain adrenaline!

This is the best bike shop in the area. Whether you are looking for a rental to go ride Tsali or need repairs, parts or gear, they have it all. Diane and Andy are awesome, knowledgeable and friendly!

We stopped in here while riding at Tsali. The staff was really friendly and attentive. We have our own bikes but we saw that they rented some quality bikes. If you’re visiting the area rent a bike and go check out the trails!

We were looking to mountain bike while in the Smoky Mountain area. Gatlinburg/​Pigeon Forge are not terribly cycle friendly so we went to Bryson City and found this great bike shop. Diane and Andy treated us well and they rent MTBs that are a notch above what one would expect!

These guys are awesome! We’ve rented bikes from them, had our own bikes fixed there, and have always had a great experience. The owners are super friendly and VERY knowledgeable about the local trails and where to ride. We always make at least one trip there when we’re in town!
