I come here very rarely whenever my parents are craving pizza because it’s nearby home. Every time I take out, their estimated time has been pretty accurate but sometimes the workers can be very unmotivated and stoic. Hit or miss but generally, my experience here has been decent for a fast food pizza place.

Mrs. loves the pizza from this place. I prefer Papa Johns due to my college days $ 5.99 Large 1 Topping pizza coupon at Cincinnati. However, that is a different story for a different day.
This is the closest Pizza hut to us. We have been a patron of this joint since 2009. We even purchased their pizzas for Ian’s birthday lunch at his preschool last year. Mrs. usually gets their special. On most days it is a 2 – 5 topping special for $ 10.99. On days she is adventurous, she orders their wings too as part of a special. We call our order in, and food has always been ready by the time we are at the store at their quoted pickup time.
Pros:
Proximity to home.
Consistent taste all these years.
Good specials.
Cons:
Employees are a hit and miss. Some are friendly, and appear to provide good service, while some, not so much. (–1)

Placed an order online & sent the hubby to pick it up. Well because he was 10 min early, he was told that there was no order under his name in their system. They couldn’t take a look under the orders that were going to be prepared in the next few minutes? I mean, I know they don’t prepare everything at pick up time.
By the time I was able to call & pick up the order, our food had been sitting there over an hour.
Then when I picked up the order they give me a cookie rather than the brownies that I had ordered. Get it together people!

We had an interesting experience (I will credit to the driver) but the manager was extremely understanding and accommodating about it. He was very professional and we are appreciative of the way he handled it. Anyone can make a mistake but it takes a pro to be humble about it and use it as a method of perfecting their business.

Friday 1÷16÷2015 Just stopped by to place an order… Within that time MARC took our order, delivered a pizza, came back, packed something, took another order AND walked outside to bring us our order to the car. Lol
If that isn’t GREAT service, idk what is! Let’s hope his manager or his boss reads this lol =D

My name brand pizza joint preference is Shakey’s Pizza one, Pizza Hut two
I don’t crave pizza ever, but wifey was craving it. Big time!
She picked up some pizza and chicken wings on the way home.
She didn’t like the wait. Of course it would have help if she called it in right. hahaha.
She got a Thin Crust w/​Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Onions, Olives & Diced Tomato.
It was good. I like thin crust and the ingredients really mixed well together.
She also got a dozen Garlic Parmesan Wings. Those were really good. It was super buttery though, but I liked it. Yum!
The damage was over $ 30, yikes. For pizza and wings. lol.
I can think of a few places where I can spend that $ 30 and be a little happier.
Except for the price, I really liked what we got.
Tip: Use coupons or specials to reduce the hole in your wallet =)
If you want pizza delivered (or picked up) you can’t go wrong going to Pizza Hut.

$ 7.99 for a large 2 topping pizza is a great deal for a great tasting pizza. Plus they have more deals for «Hut Lovers», their online rewards. Combine that with their friendly quick service and this Pizza Hut can’t be beat.

I’ve always liked Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, this one just proves otherwise. I came in to place an order and was told it would be a while, little more than twenty minutes. Anyways me and my friend stepped out and grabbed some berry cool that was located next door. Spent a decent amount of time there hoping it was enough time that our order would be finished. Came back inside the Pizza Hut only to find out they had lost our order! The woman who took our order either didn’t punch it in or misplaced it anyways she spent the next five minutes searching the counter like she was a chicken with its head cut off. Terrible customer service, no apologies, and when out order did come it looked like sh*t and was cold. Thanks Pizza Hut for restoring my confidence in you, now I’ll be looking elsewhere for better customer service and higher quality food while praying that this place runs into the ground.

It’s convenient because it’s right up the street from my house. The employees are courteous and attentive to your orders. It’s never busy. The pizza cooks are fast and efficient. I suggest getting your pizza hand tossed. The crust is the best I’ve ever had. The front and back of the house were both clean. Great location.

Crazy bad service!!! Ordered on their app and showed my order will be ready for pick up at 8:26. I get there exactly at the time and pay. I’m told a couple minutes which turned into 20 mins. At a 8:58 I asked for status to find out my pizza was already made and they forgot to tell me! but they still haven’t made my wings. I asked for my money back and took off. Not even a real apology made.

Horrible service! I ordered online and the estimated delivery time was 40 minutes. Well 80 minutes later I called to find out where my pizza was. First I was told the order was delivered (my order was prepaid by a credit card) so I was concerned. Then I got another employee that gave me attitude and asked if I wanted to just cancel. I said, «no I just want my pizza!» Eventually an unapologetic delivery driver showed up with an ice cold pizza and wings. Honestly I was a regular here but am done dining here. I would suggest not ordering from here, my experience was awful.

This place is quite bad…
Usually good service, but now with the new servers, they are absolutely horrible!
My order was 10 minutes late, but they did not even say sorry.
Last time this happened to me, they gave me a reimbursement of some kind.
But now, they just say here you go and not even a tiny sign of a sorry.
The new servers are rude and don’t care what is going on.
Also, all the new workers and servers were doing were talking and not even taking my order.
Absolutely horrible, I was quite disappointed and I fell like never going to this place again.

I know, I know. Pizza Hut isn’t a place that needs a review since it’s such a big chain, but I had to mention that this particular location is nothing like the location that used to be on Imperial Highway (which would have gotten 5-​stars).
On a good day their pizzas will have just the right amount of toppings, cheese, sauce, and the dough is cooked just right. But, then on other days, it seems like you’re eatting dry baked cardboard with dry tomato sauce.
