Usually customer service is never a important at a place like Little Caesars, you pay the cashier and get your pizza then you’re on your way. Thus last weekend when I went in to promptly order a couple pizzas(with crazy bread naturally) the line was longer then splash mountain on a 97 degree day. Of course the longer the lines, the unhappier the customers, the more employees tend to lose it. Not in the case of straight out of the movie ‘brave’ with her luscious curly hair leader ‘Veronica’ who had the smile of a Syrian refugee getting accepted into a middle class home. She handled everything and made sure everyone was going home with the pizzas they ordered in a timely fashion, while keeping the politeness of an orphan trying to get adopted. Naturally it was the day of my kid’s fourth birthday, and he loves pizza’s as a form of cake(he has diabetes) anyways, as trouble some of a request it was I also asked her for the pepperoni pizza to be in the shape of a dinosaur. Proud to say my son has never been more excited to have his birthday pizza to be devoured in the shape of the perfect tyrannosaurus rex, so much that Chris Pratt from Jurassic world would have a smile on his face somewhere in the galaxy he’s guarding. Thank-you veronica, not to sound cheesy, but for making our day.

Have NOIDEA what customer service is or what it takes to achieve it. RUDE on the phone, RUDE in person doesn’t matter. It is LC pizza. What do you expect? But if you don’t want to provide friendly customer service, at least, you shouldn’t work in that industry. Leave get a job hauling trash or street sweeping. Stay away from people.

1st few times the older russian/eastern european/middle eastern? lady with glasses would always ask me if i wanna add 2 liter soda to my pizza/crazybread/sauce combo. Sometime i reluctant say no cause we have soda at home, but when there are times we have no 2 liter, then i take her up on the offer. It would get annoying at times. Luckly whoever is in charge in upper management put her in the cooking position.

This place NEVER has pizza ready. No matter what time we have gone in there, we are always told we had to wait 10 to 20 minutes. The last time we went in, we ordered two pizzas and an order of bread sticks. There was one person waiting ahead of us. A person walks in and they give him a pizza !!! We are like«HELLO» !!! The guy at the counter goes, «oh I forgot». Really? Hot N Ready??? What a joke. This place must lose a lot of money with all the people who end up walking out. With such a simple menu how are they behind on pizzas? From now on, I am just gonna have pizza delivered. Why waste my time driving there just to have to sit and wait. The employees here are a good example why you should stay in school !

Unlike other pizza places, it’s ready when you walk in… The basic cheese & pepperoni… Not there other pizzas, if you order that, you may find yourself waiting for 15 mins or so which isn’t bad. I find little ceasers good, but sometimes bad. Sometimes when you get yourself a pizza it’s good Sometimes it’s terrible… But other than that, pretty good pizza.

Hot and ready? They took my husband’s money, told him 10 minutes and it’s now been 25 and no pizza. And now we can’t leave because we already paid. Seriously?

To be honest, I think this place beats several other pizza parlors. Not only do you get delicious food(pizza, wings, and bread sticks) but it’s SO cheap! The selection of drinks kinda blows. And when it comes to customer service, it’s a hit or miss thing. You’ll either get a really sweet nice girl or a really rude eye rolling chola. Nonetheless, I’m still coming back.

Called and placed an order over the phone. sausage pizza w light sauce & two orders of bread sticks, simple right? WRONG! They didn’t have any breadsticks made and after getting home not only did I find that they were burned but I was also given a cheese pizza(rather than sausage) & it had lots of sauce /: The guy also forgot to give me the marinara sauce that I ordered and paid for. When I asked for it he rudely asked if I paid for it. After I told him yes he then asked the lady who originally helped me who also told him yes. Then he finally went and so angrily got me sauce. Hopefully next time will be a waaay better experience.

So after waiting in line for 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of me.. . I finally ordered. Every body is getting quoted 20 minutes for food. What happened to the hot and ready guarantee from 4 – 8? Its 6:45pm. People are walking away. They are out of pineapple. They are loosing business but don’t seem to care. And it’s hotter inside than it is outside. The same person is getting the pizzas out with no gloves who is working the cash register. :-(I want my money back, this sucks! One refund requested.. . My child wants this or I would be right behind the ladies who just got their money back. This is ridiculous. A mothers love.. . Hmmmm 2 more people walked away… And another one. At least I have a chair.. . I have been back, their hit n ready is almost never ready. :-(

Hot and ready really means wait 15 min at this location, most establishments would expect the same amount of customers ea night, and be proactive. Not here? Buyer should be fired. I’ll never go to this location again. If you like to wait, this is your pizza place #littlecaesars

Terrible terrible service. Well first of all the ASSISTANTMANAGER Araceli,(I had to ask for her position and name due to the lack of name tags) she was ridiculously rude she just kept telling me things to shut me up due to the 45min wait for a «hot and ready pizza». Whoever hired her must be just as stupid and rude. I feel really bad for anyone working under her. I asked her to go to the back and check on how long my pizza would take and I look over the counter to the corner and she is straight up flirting with one of the other workers and returns back to tell me that she couldn’t tell me how long it would take. Next time I’d rather drive an extra 10 mins than to be treated the way I did. There seriously needs to be a change in management for that store to stay open.

This location is so convenient considering it’s not even a 5 min drive from my house. We come here all the time for parties or random cravings. It isn’t the best pizza around but the prices are always FANTASTIC and so is the service. The crazy bread is the bomb. I’ll always be back.

Cheap, fast, call in advance for pizza pizza 10 min wait otherwise… Kiddo loves this bland fluffy pizza– pepperoni & Hawaiian. 5 $ &8 $. WoW. I’ll treat for football ’ basketball Sundays since the Neanderthals’ taste buds are numb from beer anyway. Kids eat first– LoL– giddy from fruit juice.

I definitely wouldn’t say it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had, but a medium pepperoni that’s ready when I come in for just $ 5? You just can’t beat the value. I’ll give it a good 4⁄5 stars considering it is Little Caesars: a fast food take out pizza joint… This isn’t exactly gourmet. Tip: get the hot and ready pizzas and a bag of crazy bread and you’re set!

Cheap terrible pizza. The fact that I can pay 5 bucks and fill my belly until I can get something actually good in it works for me. Wow, I ate a whole pizza by myself. If I didn’t I wouldn’t have cared because, it was 5 buck. Ok, so I won’t try to put lipstick on a pig, but I ate the ugly pig. The chick inside didn’t seem to really care at all if she had a job. Here, take this crap pizza & get out.
